Bathoom shower screen, not enough to stop the shower water, the floor in front of toilet get super wet. No proper window. Booking.com with their hidden fees, better double check final price before booking for no surprises.

Great location near the Ado Bus stop, just 1 min walk around the corner.

Soundproofing between the rooms was poor- we kept thinking that the people next door were in our room!

We asked at the reception to extend another night and at the day we extended we got a message that we need to check out, they forgot to extend it. we talk to them and they sorry about the mistake but didn't clean our room. when we checked out we asked from the reception to help us and order a taxi and they refused to do that

upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff who were able to check us in a little bit early, the rooms were fantastic, spacious and very comfy, location was perfect, only a few minutes from the beach and the strip. each day the amazing house keepers cleaned our room to make it more cleanliness for us, don’t forget to tip your housekeepers! all in all I would definitely recommend this hotel if you were wanting a stay in playa del Carmen! I will be coming back!

The location is good. The ADO terminal next to the hotel is not for the airport. You can walk to the airport bus ADO terminal in 15min.

The beds were hard as a rock. There was a very thin sheet to use as a blanket. So it was either way too cold with the A/C on or too hot without the A/C on. Also, there was always some kind of noise coming from the room making it hard to sleep.

The receptionist who checked us in was sullen and uncommunicative. We couldn't even get glasses or plastic cups even to put water in to brush our teeth. He showed u s the water cooler in the lobby...but no cups!!

Our room was dated, not clean and did not reflect the price we paid for our room. There was a bad smell in the room, didn’t feel clean or comfortable and there were some hairs on our bed.

Internet was really bad. Not slow exactly, but lots of sites I couldn't access, including New York Times, my online bank accounts, and fantasy football. Very strange, I've never seen that, all came back marked unreachable from the room wifi, but worked fine connected to the lobby wifi. TV in the room was equipped with Roku, but also wouldn't connect to the internet, so useless except for 4 blurry channels, despite the fact it says they have cable. Response when we asked was simply oh it hasn't been working for a while, sometimes a technician comes and fixes some rooms (it wasn't fixed during our stay). It would be nice if some dish soap was provided as buying a bottle for a short term stay is kind of frustrating. Also, while this really was our fault, we got confused on our days and left a day early, when checking out they didn't ask why or say anything, again our fault but odd.

Good location, a few blocks from the beach, and not a bad value. Room was nice, with a nice little kitchen, which made it easy for us to buy kilos of taco meat and save some money on eating. Bed plenty comfortable.

I booked this hotel based on reviews and I can say that I did not have the same experience at all. 1. Staff were friendly but not very helpful at all. When asked if they could call me a taxi they just shrugged and said to call one outside in the street; not very helpful at 4am when you need to be at the airport on time. When asked about activities I was also just shrugged off. 2. When I arrived it was incredibly hot and the AC was not working and they would not change me room. This was incredibly uncomfortable. They eventually fixed it but would not give me a remote so I could not change any settings. 3. The room was clean but the dishes were not there are hard bits of food stuff to most of the utensils. They also did not give me dish liquid or sponges and I had to purchase this myself. 4. The room I was in stank of rotting wood. 5. The hotel is also right next to a truck depot so it gets very noisy very early. 6. Wifi was shoddy with poor connection most of the time but when it did eventually connect I was able to stream some shows. 7. Hot water in the shower lasted about 60 seconds before it started to go cold. 8. Overall this was an incredibly disappointing stay. For the price there are far better options. About the only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location.

The location was great. Close to Walmart and many restaurants close by. It is also close to 5th avenue which is the main entertainment area in Playa Del Carmen. This is about the only good think I can say.
