This property seemed to cater to the locals who were bussed in, as a tourist you feel out of place. Too many unmonitored children, pool unkept and full, food options were good but ruined by kids.

Was basically on the beach, great to see amazing sunsets from our room , was upgraded to beach house suite for anniversary by management. Thanks again.

There is no wi-fi in rooms, only around reception and restaurant. It is mentioned somewhere in property description, but not visible enough to notice without carefully reading whole description. It was an unpleasant surprise at the beginning of the trip. Food was hit or miss, some was delicious, some was so so and few things were not good at all, but I guess it's a matter of taste. Rooms were clean, but you could clearly see the age of property - rusty fans, torn curtains, shower not working, musty smell in the air. Overall it's still good value for the cost.

Nice and very attentive staff, massive room sizes, close proximity to beach, fun activities and live performances every night. Decent location being midway between marina and old town.

The staff at the front desk is rude and scarce. The food is always the same and horrible, with no taste! Only two "specialty" dining options: Mexican and Italian, neither of which is representative of those countries. I heard and saw pictures taken by other guests complaining about mold in their rooms, the curtains, and lamp shades. My room was OK, but there was rust in the bathtub. The pillows are like bricks. Bring your own pillow! Very old facilities. I know this is not a 5-star hotel, but I'm definitely disappointed because it was not good value for the money I paid.

The snacks and drinks by the poolside were good, and staff at the hamburger place was very friendly and pleasant.

The music at the beach pool was sometimes too loud especially first thing in the morning.

We've stayed in the timeshare in the past. I already knew that the hotel wasn't beachfront but we were quite happy with the location. All staff were excellent however I'd like to mention Melissa in the buffet as she was truly an outstanding employee. Also Julien at the beach pool. Always running and happy and accommodating. Such a hard worker. The cook who does the burgers and fries also wonderful.

The bathroom is pretty small and the tub was rusted. The music in the bar was all Mexican music and it’s mostly all Mexicans at this resort which is not a bad thing just different to what I’m used to. The beach pool is separate from the main hotel and you have to walk over to it.

I liked the pool and the hamburger/hotdog stand by the pool for a quick bite to eat. The server at the snack bar was very fast. The dinner at the beachside pool was very nice.

Food is ok but repetitive. VERY loud music at the beach all day

Breakfast was good. Location of resort good. Previously we stayed in the timeshare section and had a good oceanview room. Room was quiet most of the time. Lots of families from Mexico stay here.Staff are fabulous.

The rooms were run down but we hear they are doing construction soon so it made sense. It was clean but lots of damage in the bathtubs and no towels or wash cloths for the kitchen. Not many staff spoke English so it was hard to ask for things. The food was mediocre and more Mexican themed.

I liked the beautiful view from our room at the beach club. I liked the pool and that there were enough chairs for everyone. I like that there were lots of Mexicans there and the beach was amazing.

Somewhat dated, although clean, some items need to be replaced, I.e. sheer curtains had holes, shower curtains had small stains, some towels were thread bare. The pools could also use a bit of work.

Rooms could use some updating, but hear the plan is to rebuild eventually. The city tour with the time share presentation was pretty meh.

The pools were nice and accessible. Nice to have the two pools for options. One was more relaxing than the other and the one was on the ocean. The food was decent enough and had good selection. Rooms could use some updating, but good value for money. Staff are amazing. Pizza was great and the snack bar. Drinks were good. Location is good. Beach is nice. We were here for an extended period and did the time share which was good value for what you got. The spa is great.

receptionists are pretty rude, unwilling to help, is a walk to get to the side of the hotel that has access to the beach, no WIFI in rooms or anywhere else but the lobby!! for 4 days the toilets by the pool/beach area were clogged!!! and in one of the toilets there 2 screws sticking out and I scratched my leg, I did report this to maintenance.

nice comfy beds, clean rooms, cleaning ladies were mega nice, the morning crew at the restaurant was very nice.

Small peacock outside entrance, we thought it was very pretty and neat to see. It was scaring the small children and it would peck at you but because it was looking for food.

Breakfast was best meal. More variety and flavor. One friend had the tacos after 11pm, said they were very good. Snacks by pool didn't have much flavor.

The check in process.was terrible because the name on my reservation was bill but my legal name was William caused some issues they were not going to let me check in unless i xouls change the name on my reservation i managed to figure out how to do it but was a major inconvenienceand right of rhe start i was alrady not happy with this place . Frustrating after a day of travel and heat. Not enough places to get food more options would be great there was a cafe to get coffee but you had to pay ??? Supposed to be all inclusive alcohol seems like after 8 pm you cannot get anymore alcohol to drink.
