Washstand in foreroom outside of bathroom was little bit strange but you can get used to it.

Calm area in walking distance to metro, good restaurant in place, big room with furniture.

The room had no fan or air conditioning. I do think it needed a fan at least...then it would've been excellent.

We loved the art Deco architecture. It was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent...very friendly. The restaurant was very convenient and good. We also enjoyed the location. It was very central and close to interesting shops and market and close to airport.

The location for sure is not a touristic one. Furniture and towels were pretty old.

The room was huge, with great view (5th floor). Big and comfortable beds.

Not many restaurants close by and the area can be a little sketchy at night

Nice hotel, a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Close to the metro station. Had a nice view of the mountains.

Pillows way too high. Neighborhood is authentic, but scetchy after dark, so I ended up spending quite some money on taxi's.

There was smoke coming from the floor and called several times staff did not bother to fine or to stop the law breakers On the last night i asked for a knife the guy at the reception told me go to the restaurant and get it there. The guys at the restaueant did not wanna give me a normal knife only some plastic crp and even then tried to charge me 5 pesos.

The furniture/hotel is a bit dated but everything still worked fine.

Our room was absolutely MASSIVE! Huge space for the two double beds, then a whole bonus solarium bit with sun loungers and a huge jacuzzi bath/hot tub. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space etc. It was also really quiet at night.

The hotel is ~2-3km from the city center but the location is still safe and nice

The bed was a bit stiff and needed more pillows for a King Size bed. Also, our room on the 5th floor had no AC or fan. Just a small window. Maybe that’s why it was a good price? It was a bit confusing. It wasn’t too warm of an evening so we survived. The front desk didn’t really have any ideas of a recommended restaurant but that’s fine. Also this is a decent place to stay one night before heading to the airport.

Only one plug socket to use for recharging my three devices. Desk was too high to use comfortably and no socket near desk for laptop. Windows not sealed so some avoidable noise was heard. Only one lift so long waits to use.

The standard rooms have no air condition and no windows to open. It is hot inside in spring / summer. The WiFi is crap. You cannot work with it, only Facebook, WhatsApp and stuff. The service is okay until the point you need something like to storage luggage for a few days. It did not work out for me.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are huge though they are hard. The suites even have an air condition and a kind of outside terrace and a jacuzzi though I did not use that. I recommend to book a suite. The quarter around is save but ugly. The price for this hotel is actually okay.

Internet are great in the hall but very very slow in the room. Probably the problem is only in our room or on our stage. A few more routers would be grat to add.

The apartments are great, spacious and outstanding with good view on the city. Stuff are friendly, they let us left our bags in the hotel 5 hours prior to check in. Recommend.

The room was very cold and not enough blankets were provided. The lighting was quite gloomy and there was no reading light. The restaurant was disappointing - several items on the menu weren’t available and the quality of the food was poor. There weren’t many coffee shops or restaurants within close walking distance of the hotel.
