Only thing I didn't like was Toilet Bowl , Lol It's very Low other then that there's absolutely Nothing to complain about

The staff was SO nice and was always helpful. The hotel was very clean. I really liked that they have an area for Smokers . Also, have a gym room and a big jacuzzi. I reported something wrong in Gym Room RIGHT away, they fixed it. There were no hesitations. I also felt very secure as Front Doors are locked. Everything was amazing and comfortable

The price is a little on the high side but not totally unreasonable, but I do wish there was a discount for returning customers (since this is my favorite hotel in Reynosa I stay here quite a bit). I also wish the rooms included small refrigerators which would make the rooms feel complete. Other than that, maybe the breakfast could be a little more expensive.

I love the location of the the hotel and the rooms are nicer than other hotels I've stayed at in Reynosa. The staff is always friendly and the hotel feels secure, even having a gated parking garage. Overall, I feel like this is the best hotel in Reynosa.

Excellent location in the city center.Hospitable owners. Polite and attentive staff. Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff. Tea, coffee and cookies are always available. There is a jacuzzi, gym, yoga room and grill area. Everywhere is clean and tidy. A great place to relax.

Didn't understand you have to leave card in a little shelf to keep lights on. It was explained to me but didn't understand Coupon for breakfast but they were closed next day. Was a bummer. Night before ordered food but the portions were small, ask for double but only thing they provided more of was rice. High prices for not enough food. Will not eat at the restaurant again. It's separate from hotel, but they tell you to eat there. Coupon was for only 1 person even thought two occupants. Asked what up they said they would provide 1 extra.

I love the location, walking distance from everything and the staff is very accommodating. The restaurant is improving since last time.

My booking.com room rate was not honored. The AC was very weak. The toilet seat would bend and slide into the bowl when I sat on it. There was no body wash. The beds were old and I could feel the springs. Bathroom caulk was all cracked and peeling. Nothing about this room was worth the nearly $200 I paid.

The staff were friendly enough and there was secure parking.

They could have addressed the party some cartel people where having with loud music and stomping constantly in the floor that they where having in front of my suite but they didn’t I was awake from 1 am to 6am so frightened that those people could come in my room and harm my kids and I!

The hotel is supposedly a boutique hotel, but the room was not up to par whatsoever. The room was dated (older carpeting, shower and bathroom vanity)and lacking simple comforts like a coffee maker, fridge, glasses for drinking water, bath mat, extra pillows, face clothes. The lights on the entire floor were out when we got off the elevator. We had our two dogs and our suitcases and were very tired so it was very difficult to find our room. The booking was made at this hotel because it bragged about being pet friendly online with no additional fees, but we were charged extra for the dogs and asked to give a $1000 deposit. There was no place within walking distance to bring the dogs to go to the bathroom…everything was concrete around there. We had to drive 18 km to find a patch of grass.

The parking garage was nice because we were concerned for security for our car. The roof top patio looked nice. The lobby was nice.

it was dark if they want to conserve energy put the lights on a motion sensor. We wanted a room with a balcony, but the air conditioner was not working so they upgraded us to a different room in the back. it just was not what we wanted, I had to walk out to the square to have a smoke which was not something I felt comfortable doing at night. we never smoke in our house and will not in a hotel but thought the balcony would work. I booked on booking.command it said breakfast included…yes for 1 person not for the two staying in a room that cost almost $200 USA dollars. price vs value….not good.

the location was perfect, the staff were very hospitable and friendly.
