I believe that the staff do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, management could also do their best to give proper maintenance to the facilities. Also it would be a plus to provide some advice on where is convenient to park.

Location of the property is great to visit the beach and the 5th Avenue. The facade transports you to prehispanic times and gardens and nice to relax. Don't forget to start your day with a quick swim in the pool.

Nothing. I saw other reviewers complain about the WiFi. It was down when we checked in but was fixed the next day and worked well.

This hotel was a fantastic value. Everything we needed. It is not fancy like the beach resorts, but it was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the pool. Our room was nicely furnished, especially for the low price of the hotel. The location was amazing. The coffee in the room, the filtered water, the free use of towels you could take to the beach were all nice touches.

A little bit run down, and the Hotell was really close to the beach, but you had to go out from the hotel to get to the beach.

Really friendly staff, both in the reception and cleaners, they did that little extra. Free filtraited water. Nice garden with turtles swimming in a pound. Close to the beach.

Booking.com did not give an option to add kids while booking. We ended up paying extra $100 for 2 kids for it at the hotel.

A beautiful tropical Oasis with lots of History! Alexandra and staff were so wonderful!! Just steps from the beach and Fifth Avenue! The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. The property is beautiful with flowers and a Cenote. I fell in love with this hotel and the staff!!

Located directly in the center of Playa Del Carmen but inside the hotel area it's relatively quiet compared to all the hustle and bustle outside. Very nice garden and pool area. Breakfast is served at the terasse with garden view. No breakfast was included in our rate but the offered us one free breakfast during our stay.

The only shame is the wifi is weak in the room so if you need a strong connection you need to go to the breakfast area.

Excellent hotel in great and quiet location. Room was comfy and there were a few English-speaking TV channels. The staff were all friendly and Jose on reception was particularly brilliant.

There was nothing not to like.

Just a few feet away from the beach. The hotel provides beach towels and you can rent and umbrella with beach chairs for a few bucks.
