Water pressure could be better. Shower-heads calcified and need attention. Our sliding door and screens need to be fixed…they did not close completely, even when locked we had 1/4 to 1/2 inch gap at top and bottom. The no-see ums definitely made our stay uncomfortable…bring mosquito spray

Perfect location for the best sunset on the Island. Large private beach area with ample shade. Location of our room was perfect for my elderly mother. Pool has a handrail which made it perfect for easy access. The on site restaurant serves lovely breakfasts…lunch is great too and they offer beach food and beverage service. Fantastic !

It was not communicated clearly that was it ok to hotel customers to spend their time on the hotels private beach on the blue benches without spending money or not. The blue chairs had a 500 peso spending limit. But I was unsure if the spending limit was only for customers outside the hotel or for everyone.

The hotel area is really beautiful and the hotel staff is really nice and polite. Everytime they said "it's a pleasure" or "have a nice day" I felt like they genuinely meant it. In Holbox it might not be able to walk in every hotel but this hotel was on a walkable road and even it was close to downtown it was in a quiet area.

The amount of stinky seaweed piled up on the beach you needed to go to the beach beside the hotel. I didn’t like how you have to rent the loungers on the beach that they were not included in your stay. There was a bad storm so power was out for more than 24 hours our friends staying in the resort did get power before us our stayed out for the last day the restaurant served me a steak that was still frozen in the middle of the steak .. they did end up taking it off my bill and the restaurant on site is very expensive

Shower pressure was pretty low, and just FYI its not really exactly on the beach, theres a road in the middle. When we stayed there, the beach was full of sargassum unfortunately.

Amazing staff incl bar staff, room was very spacious with a big fridge. The lounge chair and pool area was very cute, drinks at the bar were amazing and the breakfast was nice.

The hotel is really cool. It has all the necessary to have a relax stay. That was what we were looking for. The beach in front is good and there are several good places walking.

Sea view isnt quite sea view due to location further back. We had 2 sea view rooms, one kinda did and one didn’t cos of the angle, that is all.

Loved this hotel, great sized rooms, really clean and the property is right out on the beach. Really friendly staff. Huge shout out to the amazing hotel/beach bar with the tastiest Chicken quesadillas I had in my entire stay in Mexico and very friendly staff!

The one suggestion I would make is to add luggage racks to set suitcases out on, and a few more hooks in the bathroom or rooms.

The location was within walking distance to town, and steps from the beach. We had an ocean view room at ground level, and had no regrets. Easy to get the lounge chairs in the morning, excellent breakfast, great service! We did not make use of the chairs at the beach club right at the beach, because we didn't mind walking the 20 feet to the beach, and then enjoyed our own beverages at our chairs at the resort. The "road" in between the resort and the beach is barely traveled and more like a path.

This hotel is in a phenomenal location right on the beach. However, it is far enough away from the bars/clubs that noise will not bother you at night. It was great having restaurant with good food right on site, but also being right on the beach allowed us to walk easily to some of the other locations in town. The room was immaculate and the staff were always willing to assist with any questions.

This is my fourth trip to Holbox, and this is the most perfect spot! I'd stay here again and again! The location was so close to town yet quiet, and the staff went above and beyond! Edwin gave us the perfect room #11 that is closest to the beach and Freddy took care of every need I had from booking my round-trip transportation from the airport to renting our golf cart. Every single person who worked at the hotel and restaurant were so incredibly friendly! The onsite open-air restaurant made the most amazing breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The food was delicious, and their mojitos and margaritas were the best I've ever had. The servers were amazing! By the way, this hotel sits at the spot where there are the most amazing sunsets on the island. The entire experience for me and my daughter could not have been any better! I've now found my favorite place on my favorite island!

Prices of the bar/restaurant slightly higher compared to other beach bars in the neighborhood.

We stayed 4 nights. We had a room with sea/beach view and a terrace. We even had a refrigerator in the room. Everything was extremely clean. The grounds are very well kept. Enough sun loungers available. A few blocks away from the lively main street, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Quiet location while only a 10-15 minutes walk away from the centre. The included a la carte breakfast also very delicious and with enough variation. In the same restaurant you can also have lunch or dinner. We never took dinner, but the lunch dishes were also very tasteful. Good cocktails too and the staff does everything to accommodate you. We had a great stay and would certainly come back.

Excellent stay. Location is perfect on the best section of beach. Beautifully landscaped resort. We always felt safe and secure and staff were discreet but helpful and accommodating. Excellent service for breakfast, which was included in our room reservation. Access to the beach club made our visit perfect.

Location on a quiet part of the beach. Sunbeds in private area back a bit from the sand. The sunbeds on the beach belong to the club providing breakfast in the morning. It is good custom to have a drink to use them. Free water fountain in garden and fridge in room. Large bedroom, clean with air-con and fan. Cleaned everyday. Breakfast good: fruits, coffee/tea, choice of eggs, toasts. Friendly service
