Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThere was some problem with the restroom door and toilet cover though it was not a big issue. The shower door couldn't be closed tightly and the shower water always leaked outside. It would be better if the restroom got improved.
Good location with private parking lot. Minutes of walk to the main square of the city center. Friendly and caring staff.

Costa Ricamaybe some drawers there was a lot of hanging space but no drawers to place your clothes in a folded manner.
Staff was super helpful and responsive they always tried to make your visit comfortable and give you valuable information of how to get around town or do tourism. The value for the price was great and the location just some steps away you were already at the bus station or if you wanted to get a cab right outside the hotel was close enough, food places, pharmacies convenience stores, etc. If you want to get to the church center you can walk but its a good work out :D

MexicoThe Hotel is great but the sorroundings are not so nice, I moved by bus in the day and by Uber in the night without problems.
The ratio value for money / facilities is really good, I like a lot the stairs and the pool.

Sint MaartenRoom was very cold, and the doors felt unsafe even when locked. However I was assured there was noting to worry about. My room was also not sound proof heard everything out in the streets. The internet in the room was touch and go, most of the time go. That was very annoying and at one point i Just gave up.
the view, was amazing and the old world building, staff was cool and very freindly, location is also a big plus. Plenty of nice hot water to shower, was needed to warn the body from the artic temp in the room.

MexicoThere was Wifi but the password I was giving didn't work so I couldn't connect to router. Talk to the employees but I couldn't get a answer for the problem. The TV in my room had por reception too.
The rooms were clean, nice rooms with balconies.

United StatesThe room smelled terrible, both from mold and smell coming out of the shower drain. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The internet was terrible on the second floor (there was only one modem on the ground floor, 2 floors down). All the light bulbs went out our room, but they did come and replace two of the three. Would not come back.
Good location only about 1km from the bus station. The room had a private balcony with a beautiful view. The shower had hot water and good water pressure. They provide you with drinking water and toiletries. They have an attractive pool, but we didn't use it.
