Let me know in advance that there was construction just by my window. I've would have stayed somewhere else. Also, the towels were old and had holes. Breakfast was advertised as included, but it was just a lady in a counter making coffee (very good coffee) and some bread. There was only one tiny table and chairs. We did not have water one morning.

It was very cold, had to use a warming battery that barely helped. We were put in a poor room, and not the right room because it did not look like the picture of the one in was looking at all.

The personnel was amazing and the breakfast was good as well.

A problem with communications. After booking (and getting confirmed reservation by Booking.com) I received two emails, spaced several days apart, in Spanish, which I understood to mean that I needed to contact the property to deposit 50% in order to confirm reservation. It seemed a nonsensical message, which I ignored. Separately, I wrote a note via the Booking app to ask about keeping my bag at the property until check in time (3 p.m.), and it was never responded to. Also, I tried to call the listed phone number which didn't go through. Anyway, they need to work on getting their communications improved. Separately, it's getting on in years, and the facility will need updating at some point. Still, very nice at present.

Elegant neighborhood, elegant small hotel, elegant and large room that includes kitchenette and lounge area for longer stays. Excellent breakfast omelette made to order plus a good Americano plus a slice of chocolate cake joined with flan (who knew!?). Take a stroll through nearby parks (e.g. Lincoln).

would have liked a/c in the room.(although we asked for a fan and got one). Also, I had asked if the room had an iron.(it did) .But our room lacked ironing table and not until last day I noticed my friend's room did have one.

Hotel receptionist doesn't speak English. Room had two windows and one of them looks into hotel corridor.

Fridge in our second stay was not working well.

Very easy check in in both of our stays. There is always someone in reception. Second arrival was late, security guard gave us keys and we finalized paper work the day after. Rooms are large and nice! Location is absolutely perfect, so many restaurants and shops nearby. Best possible location. Staff is very kind and helpful. In reception, Ms Pamela is always ready to help with any issue! Breakfasts and terrace for breakfast are so enjoyable

Working fridge in the room and an air conditioner would have been nice. I would recommend some umbrellas on the patio which is located on the 4th floor.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Great location. Easy to find. Room was clean, AC would have been nice. In-room fridge not working, but not a big deal. Breakfast that was included was fresh and very tasty. Nice patio area on 4th floor.

Thin walls - there were some people in the adjacent building sitting outside at night being a bit noisy and in the morning one can hear people in the hallway.

Room 302 smelt really badly of drains; I had to sleep with the bathroom door shut and window open it was so bad.

super friendly and helpful staff, including the night porter! the location is brilliant for exploring Polanco and around, in a leafy avenue. The roof terrace is my favourite part of the hotel.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Roberto in the breakfast area was quick to learn the things we enjoyed and had them ready for us. Very attentive friendly and helpful. The ladies that cleaned the room, Yanet and Caro were also very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed in the room. It was nice to have access to music on the TV to listen to during the few times that we spent time there. The location is perfect to head out the door and find great food, shopping, walks in the park, or whatever you were looking for. You don't have to walk far to find it.
