I did not like the food at all nor the drinks. Everything was watered down & the food was terrible.

I liked that the staff were friendly and the resort was very nice and clean.

We both ate something which made us sick. The Riu party was not our taste but the attendees enjoyed it and it did not interfere with enjoyment in other parts of the hotel.

We were fortunate to get an upgraded room with a patio and small pool at the quiet side of the resort by the ocean. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the food choices. The Rock and Michael Jackson shows were entertaining and the aqua fit a lot of fun 😁. The hotel was clean, refurbished with nice decor and comfortable furniture.

We didn't like some of the dinner restaurants - particularly the steakhouse, the steak we got was not good. Also the Mexican restaurant wasn't great, we thought the food here would be better.

Loved our stay here - the hotel is fabulous, wonderful views from our balcony. The pool area was amazing and the direct access to the beach. Great entertainment throughout. The breakfast and lunch options were nice. We liked the Asian restaurant the most for dinner. Lovely tacos available for lunch near the pool and amazing cocktails. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Food can be better. Also, there should be a better drink package available.

There are three different pools, so kids were not around the pool with bar, that's good. Liked the parties, so bad we only catched one.

Nothing - the hotel was superb.

The hotel was altogether great. The variety of food available in the restaurants was vast and the quality good. The only thing that could be improved upon could be the cleaning of the loungers, as many could not be used due to the birds guano on them. The other thing I observed was that there weren't enough clothes pegs/hooks provided in the bathroom. I think a total of four should be provided, as the room can facilitate a maximum of four people. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly and I would personally would consider staying at a Riu when I choose my next holiday destination.

Staff are amazing. Look for Elda for breakfast and Israeli for dinner. Coral was the best food. Restaurants were just ok .

The rooms between x45 - x63 on floor 2-5 are next to lobby and noisy in the night due to cleaning process. We changed our room which was no problem on request

Sometimes day parties were too loud. It was impossible to have a rest at the beach. I noticed that buffet was especially very good with chocolate fontain 3 days before the survey. Right after the survey held in the main restaurant the fountain and some other nice dishes disappeared. Take better care of your personal belongings. I left my hat on the table at the pool bar and it's gone forever.

The beach was clean and very beautiful. I was pleased to sit under the palm trees, which gave us the necessary shade. The food was decent. I especially liked the variety of soups. They were very tasty. Ruben at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful. I would like to note the excellent work of the Booking manager Ophelia. She was always ready to help, we did not feel any pressure from her. When we decided to cancel the trip, she did it quickly and without any problem. The room was clean and had an ocean view. New shampoo and conditioner bottles were installed during our stay. Before this there was only shampoo and shower gel 2 in one. Night shows were amazing especially MJackson and Mexican Culture show. When it was raining, the animation team did everything to keep gasts from getting bored, played games with them, entertained them. They really tried their best to keep us busy. Kids club was great too. My kid was very happy to participate in their activities. Thank you girls!

TV channels were not functioning due to satellite or wind?

Beds are too small for adults couples to rest comfortably. Use of an American standard size bed please would be comfortable. Hotel was very clean. Well cared for. Very nice trip Great shows

Everything was great! - So many fun activities - Rooms are very comfortable and spacious - The food and booze - so many great options - Beach is amazing - Staff are super helpful and friendly - Fun parties and not just for the super young! First time doing an all inclusive at 38 years old and after lots of travelling around the world - would definitely come here again!

The staff were very friendly and, contrary to some previous reviews, we thought the food was excellent. There were definitely some things we preferred to others but that is normal. The buffer was always well stocked and there was always a good selection of fresh food to eat. There was also a fair amount of drinking but very little bad behaviour with it; we were a group of 30-somethings though, maybe with kids it's different.

I thank my satisfaction would be much higher if there was room service and free airport shuttle service. However, the cleanliness and the friendly and courteous attitude of the staff were the best.

I was a little disappointed with the view of my first room, but Jorge changed it to a room with a great view, so I was able to have a happy time for 5days. Thank you to all the staff who always provided service with a bright smile.
