We overlooked swimming pool and very noisy when we wanted to sleep

I was in Mexico for work and would leave hotel just before 7am and the breakfast was not available till 7am and I just loved the Huevos Rancheros was amazing and my favorite breakfast. RIVI should offer a 'green' option for long term stayer, change towels & sheets once a week this saves water and other hotels offer this.

In general rooms are great plenty of parking, staff super helpful and even with my poor Spanish. The meal selection was very good local food, international and Japanese really good Japanese.

The music from the restaurant was kind loud Even when we complained, they volume down little bit, but still we could hear the music, not loud anymore, the band was playing all the way to around 3:00 am We were able to slept 😴

Everything with the room and staff was great. Some of the guests can get a little loud outside.

There are not a lot of options in Navajoa. For a clean hotel with very accommodating staff, this was a nice place to stay. We ate at the restaurant our last night and the food was great. I wish we would have used the restaurant as an option more often.

I never could get the TV to work, even with the "maintenance" man coming to try and help me. It is set up for connecting to your own subscribed phone services instead of just plain TV. Hotel needs to provide ice machine on property. The hotel is hard to find. Even though there is a low lying black block letter sign down low right by the street, it is in front of a large building that is not occupied or finished in construction. The hotel rooms are behind this building, but not designated with an arrow or directions to continue to the back. I finally did notice a white canvas sign on a low brick wall, but the canvas was torn loose and the identification of the hotel could not be seen. I believe the hotel would attract many more customers if it could be noticed more readily from the street.

This is a new "Spick & Span" property that feels like it is not completely done being put together. Spacious rooms, very modern feel. Comfortable beds.

No in-room refrigerator, which we could have used. Since the hotel is so new, hopefully refrigerators will be added shortly.

It was a little difficult to find as the official signs aren’t there yet and they are still finishing the lobby and restaurant. You have to drive around the back to find the temporary lobby.

A brand new beautiful modern hotel. The rooms are big and very nicely finished with natural stone counters and lots of storage. tile floors throughout and a tile and glass large shower stall. The beds are comfortable with all white linens. The front desk staff is super friendly and courteous.

The room wasn’t 100% clean, we got some open bottles of soda from the previous guests and the floor was sticky.

On site restaurant wasn't a pleasant breakfast experience - apparently they ran out of bread for the avocado toast and sent someone out to get some but didn't let us know. My Husband was finished his breakfast before I got mine, half an hour later. The hotel restaurant has an open-air concept and, as it's part of the courtyard concept layout of the hotel, we got to listen to the birthday celebration they hosted....complete with Mexican band....until midnight

They did have one Staff that spoke English. It was clean and comfortable.
