Small bathroom and weak shower. Mini-fridge inside the room was quite noisy, we had to shut it off.

Location was great. Quiet neighborhood. Decor was modern. Good Wifi and AC. Free coffee.

The bathroom was very tiny, I bumped into everything all the time. The shower cabin also leaks, which the bathroom floor is always full of water after each shower. The airconditioner is too powerful for the small room size.

Great location: quiet area, some restaurants and stores around and still close enough to the touristy places. Very nice little pool area. LOVE the watercooler in the kitchen area and the fact that no keys are needed anywhere.

We loved the contactless check in and the location of the apartment. It's away from the noise of 5th Avenue but within close walking distance. It was also easy to walk to the public beaches. We had no trouble finding parking for our rental car outside the hotel. We really appreciated the cutting board, knives, utensils, plates, and bowls provided so we could prepare some of our own food. The room itself was very comfortable and the whole hotel is clean and aesthetically pleasing. We had the fortune of meeting the owner during our short stay and loved talking to her. This is truly a gem for the price and location!

I was confused by the entrance but they were super responsive and they send detailed instructions, just be sure to check your messages the morning you check in as it's all digital with codes

Comfortable bed, complementary ear plugs, free coffee, tea and water available downstairs which was super helpful as I was sick. Calm pool to relax by, netflix, Disney and Amazon prime. As I was sick and had a flight home to prepare for, this was the best comfortable stay to recover and get some rest.

Everything was great! Couple of different pillow options would be nice in the room. From thicker ones to flat.

Loved the staff. The owner has put her soul into keeping this place neat. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I love self check in hotels for anytime check-in. I suggest if you want bigger rooms book the ones with balcony. Their studio is on ground floor which is accessible. It’s good location for Playa De Carmen with 5th avenue and beaches in walking distance. Bed and bathroom were clean. Parking is on the road in front of the hotel. It’s not reserved. But was always available. There are restaurants, markets, ATMs around the hotel.

As is common in the neighborhood areas, a few barking dogs. The hotel gives complimentary earplugs, which was a nice touch.

There is no parking on site, you park on the street but that’s not an issue. We never had a problem finding a parking spot right in front of the hotel.

The rooms were clean. A/c worked good. Easy facility entry. No reception but you get a message from Hotel with instructions on how to enter the facility and a code for your room. There are restaurants/food near

Not the hotel's fault but the neighborhood dogs will keep you up all night. The hotel provides ear plugs but you can still hear I still enjoyed my stay. It is also about 30 mins walk to the ADO bus station and ferry terminal. Keep that in mind.

The pool, the comfy bed, free coffee and tea and smart tv were all nice. The safe box was a nice touch as well

I loved the air-conditioner - It cools the room down a lot and quickly. Also, the bed and comforter was comfortable and thick / nice. In addition, the room was clean and nice. check-in was effective and free street-side parking was very much available easily.
