Cannot get a cup of coffee or meal until 0800. Unbelievably difficult for early risers. My Complaints were ignored 4 times

If up to date fashionable decor is a must, swing past this place. It is in need of a brush up, modernisation and sprucing up. It didn't bother me so much, but to some expectations might be higher. Be prepared for some external noise, sometimes loud at all times of day and night....not necessarily the fault of RV hotel, but it is a fair to warn. Used toilet paper in basket, not pan....but it would be good to have a reminder notice for those coming from places this procedure isn't normal. WiFi sometimes dropped out on balcony. Also, not many charging points/electric sockets by the bed. I had restricted sea view.

Location. In middle of Golden Zone on the beach. Excellent. Staff amazing: big shout out to Marcos, Artherudo, the two separate shift barmen genuinely hilarious and of course, The Big Book of Fishing!(?) All staff were great at making you feel welcome even though Spanish was not my first language. I didn't forget to tip these guys as they worked hard and definitely deserved it. Room spacious, clean, comfortable well serviced, Aircon, TV and kitchenette worked well. Balcony was large and mostly private. WiFi in the studio room was strong signal and consistent. Lifts work well, quiet and efficient. Great communication prior to arrival. Restaurant was good quality in choice and cuisine.

Safe n room did not work. Across the street from live music venue that pumps out live rock music until midnight every night

It was old, needs some updating to rooms and facilities and security features in unit. Not worth the price. Would not consider it a Resort.

11 floors…..one elevator out of order entire 10 days…….one elevator getting stuck on various floors…..sharing service elevator

Noisy fridge, dirty looking sofa bed, noisy AC .

The room was good & spacious & the balcony & view were outstanding , beds were comfortable, except that we had a very noisy beat up fridge. As well if you used the AC it was very noisy. For the most part it was very good .,The room & furniture needs some updating. The chambermaids were awesome, & the staff in general are all great.

Building needs a coat of paint and more functioning elevators. The guests are mostly older, retired, Americans. Which is great if that’s the vibe you are looking for.

Easy property to explore, clean and comfortable. The staff was sooo nice and helpful. Loved them!

The loud out of tune band that wanders the beach setting up in front of the pool area and annoying everyone. Did not hear one positive comment! Hope management can find away to stop this.

The resort is well run, with the layout it is a really pleasant place to kick back and relax. The pool area with its view and ocean access is unbeatable made even better by the excellent staff. All day 2 for 1 happy hour is an added bonus.

We had our 1st night in a room that didn’t have updates and smelled musty. Front desk suggested we move to the other side of hotel which we did the next day. Sunnier room. Didn’t use the stove top, cabinets need to be updated which I think they are getting around to. Pool area gets crowded on cruise ship salsa class days.

I liked the staff. Very friendly and accommodating when we asked to move to a sunnier room. Location is great. Beds and pillows were comfortable, updated headboards. Good shower. We could hear the ocean.
