nothing... I just though it would be nice to include a night activity with a bonfire on the beach to tell us stories of legends of this area of Mexico or about the mayans but this is something way extra... the hotel is already long good enough

EVERYTHING this hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way. To start the concept is very nice and is an excellent place to relax, to reconnect with yourself and to disconnect from everything else. All the activities were amazing, the food in all restaurants was perfect, the scenary was magical, the beach is pristine and they clean it everyday from seaweed, the gym is inside a jungle literally, the room was filled with exciting ammenities and excellent treats like on our first night they received us with strawberries with non lactose dark chocolate; there were other things like coconut water, combucha, nuts, dried papaya, etc for free at the room, the hair dryer is amazing it never failed and it left my wife hairs as if she had gone to the beauty salon... our nomadic Esteban was great he was all the time helpful and on top to helpo us, drivers like Oscar who was always happy to have a talk with us and was very kind... the whole staff is perfect, the bed felt literally like sleeping on a cloud, it was incredible... the hotel is a 20/10

It is literal paradise! Gorgeous beach, tranquil setting, quiet as a solo traveller, incredible ceremonies and healing sessions, yoga and meditation. Spa is incredible. Try it a very special place and the staff just add the cherry on top! You won’t be disappointed in this place unless you want a hard core party place cause this isn’t it. It’s a wellness resort and it delivers a magical experience

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.

Can we give 10000/10 to the staff please? 🥰 the level of their services, the vibe their stuff is creating at this resort it’s another level 💛 and Ofc, fresh hotel with unique design and territory, delicious food in all restaurants of the resort, and all practices such as sound healing, yoga etc, they have amazing teachers and many more. The gastronomic offer is a bit repetitive, combined with the fact that everything is plant based you feel like you’re always eating the same stuff.

This place is a paradise - so calm and relaxing! Food and restaurants are top notch 👏🤌We are not vegan, but tried to be vegan during our trip and it was so easy and delicious! There are plenty of non vegan options as well. All the activities are included (yoga, breathing exercises, sound bath and many more) 🙏🧘‍♀️☀️🙌 Atlantis SPA is a beautiful place with professional staff. SPA Manager Tania gave us some great recommendations and we had a life time experience 🌱 We are already planning to get back ☺️

Generally a fabulous experience however, if I had to pick one improvement area that would be consistency in service at restaurants. On one occasion I was the first customer to arrive at Su Casa for breakfast but was then served and kept waiting for almost 45 mins with other later arriving customers being served their food before I even received my menu.

Blissful, tranquil all inclusive wellness vacation in a breath taking location. Beautiful views from rooms. Amazing nomadic guides - Sofi & Omar!! Mostly 5 star service from other staff. Special call out to Domingo, Eduardo, Jos, Christian, Oscar and Solange. The food and drinks were generally awesome especially Lek and Taco truck offerings. The spa treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating - thanks to Gus and Erika!

The food on the other hand was awful. Excellent ingredients but non balanced, bland food. It was a shame to see such good ingredients be reduced to the same bland and unfortunately sweet taste. Everything from soup to vegetables to main courses just tasted sweet. Vegan and vegetarian food can be superb, unfortunately nothing besides the avocado toast for breakfast was barely edible. I suggest to get some inspiration from asian cusine and the local mayan cuisine to improve the culinary experience.

the location was great, although a bit isolated. The staff was exceptional, so were the facilities and the activities offfered. The drinks were exceptional.
