Beautiful, relaxed little hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff who welcomed us after midnight. Nice pool and restaurant area. They even offered us complimentary agua de sandía (watermelon juice). Perfect central location right across the road from the Santa Ana Cathedral, which is lit up at night and visible from the balcony.

When we were there, a few heat records were broken. So the AC and the pool came in very handy. Great staff at the front desk who had wonderful advice on things to do in the surroundings of Merida. The whole atmosphere in the hotel is laidback and the decorations very cute. Comfy bed, hot shower with good water pressure!

It’s a beautiful hotel and was great value for money. The pool area is small but gorgeous and all the staff were very friendly and happy to have a chat. It’s a little walk to the main square but there’s a great square a block away with markets on some days and plenty of food options. 100% recommend and we would stay here again.

There were tiny flying insects in the room which were annoying, although harmless!

Location was excellent; staff were very helpful and friendly; breakfast choices were limited but adequate; pool, although small, was welcome on very hot afternoons, and the room was comfortable. Exellent AC. Shower was hot! Maid service was extremely positive.

The employees were very pleasant and helpful. They were quite welcoming when we arrived. They provided us with information when we needed it regarding places that we were looking for. The garden is very well kept and pleasant to walk through. .

Lots of construction in the area. Our flight was delayed but they were busy so no late checkout. They did, however, allow us to store our luggage while we waited. It was hot in the common area because no a/c in that area and it was 40 C outside. They did give us a bottle of water though so that helped. Overall, a nice stay.

Lovely little hotel with a great, friendly staff. It had a pool but we didn't have time to use it.

Beautiful small hotel close to the center of Merida. We had a very good time here. The patio and pool area is beautifully designed, it’s a small jungle :) very friendly and helpful staff. The room is just two beds and a small table, beds were comfortable. I would’ve liked some warmer lights in the room, they were very bright and cold. Otherwise very recommended!

Lovely communal spaces and location. I enjoyed exploring north of Centro from this base. Convenient and yummy breakfast at the hotel, and lots of eating options around. And the staff are just so super lovely 🫶

Unfortunately, when we were there road works were ongoing, this of course is not the hotels fault. Would have liked a fridge in the room and whilst slightly unrealistic easier access to the floors would have been useful.

Great beds, clean rooms, airconditioning is not that loud and the location allows you to walk to all places, plus there's free parking available. The staff is great!

Our room was on the second floor and we had a lot of luggage to carry up and there was no help. Bit of a drains smell in the room on the last night. The room was small if you had a lot of luggage like us.

Friendly staff particularly overnight and in the morning. Lovely courtyard with a cute pool. Really excellent location. We loved cafe Nítido round the corner for coffee and breakfast.

Our only complaint was the beds were a bit hard.

Carlos (day manager) was exceptional, super helpful and attentive. He helped us with suggestions and accommodated our needs. He went above and beyond. The rest of the staff, including Juan, the night manager, was very helpful and friendly as well. The breakfast was a great value. The setting was beautiful with lots of plants and little touches. A great location - close to parks, restaurants, markets and bus transportation. It felt like home away from home.

Everything was great. But don’t expect neutral luxury hotel rooms, the rooms are charming and neat with mini spilt AC units that work well.

Romantic courtyard architecture and a wonderful feeling in the shared spaces. Very nice staff and breakfast.
