Housekeeping needs to pay attention to detail. There were red marks on the wall behind the front door, like something was splattered. There were only two towels when there was 4 of us. They also didn’t leave an extra roll of TP. No one answered the phone so we had to go down to the front desk to get these.

The property is well situated, close to shopping area, the harbor, beach, it’s only 2 blocks away! Nice location and great price. The ladies at front desk are nice and helpful!

Check in was a bit of a wait. We had come early, and were told between 2-3 p.m. That was okay, but after 3 we waited another half an hour while they gave rooms to others just walking up. Our room had to be cleaned. Why not give us one that was? Also, the buffet breakfast didn’t exist. There was a sign, but not really offered.

The restaurant and bar need a proper manager. They should have a happy hour and promote the gorgeous pool they have. When I went for breakfast, I had to ask for a menu, and I had to hold up my hand when I was ready to order. The food was only mediocre. Drinks were expensive and very small.

My room smelled funny, wifi was spotty in the room, noisy music next door but just until 9 pm, no happy hour, breakfast was mediocre. I think this hotel could do a lot better with a better cook and happy hour. It is a gorgeous pool that is hardly used.

Excellent pool and free water! I got a great deal on Booking. I got to the hotel at noon and check-in was at three. Although they would not let me have my room they let me use the pool which was all I wanted in the sweltering heat. I really appreciated that.

The pool was taken over by loud expats from outside the hotel 3 afternoons a week to play volleyball. We were not advised of it when we checked in. They would just arrive there, set their net in the pool no matter if guests from the hotel were in it, and start playing, and be loud. If you prepay your stay and once there you decide to shorten your stay your payment is non refundable. The hotel is next to the all inclusive Binniguende hotel and every evening you could hear their show from inside the room. However by 10pm all was quiet.

Location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Bar and restaurant on premises. Pool though you need to shower after you go in because their filtration or cleaning system might not be top notch and sometimes you could see the water was not clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was nice. Hotel was clean. Prices of food and drinks were reasonable. Coffee place across the street, Nikko.

The have a Pool in the middle of the complex and they gave us a room facing the pool which gets very loud with music and people. Windows don't do anything to help with the sound. Music and pool activities stop at 10pm but they start karaoke at 8am which I think it's way too early if you want to sleep in a little. Hallways are very loud. Wifi was not working in our room and I went to ask because I saw another network with the hotel name but they told me the one they provided was the only one we could have access to but it was not working. Curtains had holes all over the place and it did not make the room vary dark. The shower door was hard to open and close because it was falling apart. Its getting old and needs upgrading. I don't think we will stay there again.

Staff was friendly, they have gated parking and the parking person was very nice. They have a restaurant. Beds were OK, not great but OK. About 10 minute walk to Santa Cruz Beach

The only major complaint was that there was significant noise in the hallways and from surrounding properties. This was Christmas season, so there were parties going on which may not be typical. It did make it difficult to sleep. For the price I was hoping for a more peaceful stay.

Keep noise in restaurant to a minimum after 9:00pm.

Great location close to Santa Maria Beach, restaurants and marina for Bay Cruises. A quieter area of Santa Cruz. Hotel is older, very clean and well maintained. Pool area and restaurant are noisy to 10:00pm. For quieter room chose one off the pool area. Restaurant is very good with great value and service. Very friendly waiters.
