Additional add-ons that aren’t part of the hotel are very expensive, for example the laundry service and the pharmacy ($45 for Hawaiian tropics SPF!). Come stocked with SPF before you arrive :) Wine options included in the all-inclusive package with meals were limited. Would have liked to have seen a couple of other options on this given the price.

Our room was beautiful (junior suite with ocean view). Really spacious, comfortable bed, nice views and good quality products in the bathroom. Overall the food options were very good. We had a brilliant experience with the wine pairing dinner in the cellar with Jorge (note this was an add-on for $150 per person). Breakfast in the observatory was excellent. We really liked Sea Soul for lunch - very varied menu, excellent food and a nice vibe. There were lots of pools; some busier than others but plenty of spots to relax in too. The gym was very good. Plenty of equipment and it’s a big size as it was mostly busy in the mornings. The staff were brilliant throughout the hotel. We would like to give a special mention to Karlita at the observatory breakfast and Jorge the sommelier in the hotel. Both were so friendly, nice and helpful.

Need more water in the room,was not stocked every day. Room service can have a better variety. Service in the Coco bar was not good. Nothing on the menu was available.

The restaurants menu are very limited and the opening hours not good, some of then are closed during the week. I had a very bad experience with a waiting time to have my food almost 1 hour and the food came burned and tasting bad. if you like to swimmy on the beach, please do not book this hotel, the beach is not clean with seaweed and rocks and the hotel don't take care of the beach

The hotel is amazing, the staff very polite and friendly. The spa is the paradise. The service are very personalized once the staff learn your name, all the time your are treated with respect and like a VIP person, always inquiring if you need something else and how you feel.

The maintenance took a very long time for example when we had broken glass in our room, they took around an hour to come, and the room service took a very long time around 45 mins minimum for water bottles. We also weren’t able to book in at restaurants as the resort didn’t have reservations and often we were waiting an hour for a table at one of the restaurants for dinner when we were hungry. On one day there was no space by the pool or sun loungers by the beach which resulted in us walking around aimlessly.

Very modern e.g automatic blinds and technology in the room was impressive. The room and design of the hotel was beautiful and really aesthetic, the whole property was stunning and really felt like a high end resort, some staff members went above and beyond to make our stay special and catered to my wife’s gluten allergy where possible.

If I had to say anything negative about our stay, I’d say the check-in process was our least favorite of any resort we’ve stayed at. Aldo seemed preoccupied with something else when we were checking in. We were ready to upgrade, but it was only offered as an afterthought. The hard sell for the vacation club also took away from our vacation. It was presented as a VIP experience to tell us about the resort amenities. We wound up spending most of our first morning with them.

This property is incredibly beautiful! The rooms were well appointed and the food was incredible. As always when we travel to this part of the world, service is unmatched. Demetrio at the Mexican restaurant gave us some of the best service we have ever had in any restaurant. He took great care to ensure that nothing that was served to me contained any of my food allergens. His recommendations were spot on. Enrique at the Japanese restaurant was also incredible. He explained our dishes and was incredibly attentive throughout our dinner. Roxanna, who provided drink service on the beach, was also incredible. We purposefully sat in her area all the days we were there because of her.

Only one indoor bar. The lobby bar is technically inside but it’s an open air space and the mosquitoes are killer at times. The “sports bar is the only indoor bar, that is strictly a bar.

Nothing to fault ! Just a small recommendation to have some games in the Dark horse - like scrabble or a deck of cards - for the rainy days when the pool table is being used 😀

Love love love - everything was outstanding!!! The bed was so comfortable- the pools were beautiful!! The staff were extraordinary - The French restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had - shout out to Louis(Lui) our fabulous server! Jacob the manager at Suki was so friendly! Victor at breakfast & Piyo our concierge were also outstanding! And not to forget Ceaser at the bar always with a smile ! Thank you ye made it all wonderful! Will definitely be back !

Super weak conciege service. I tried to contact conciege week before my arrival to discuss proposal and no one was picking up when I arrive I went straight to speak with conciege and their motivation was weak tired and embarassing… I ended up proposing on the beach asking random guests to make a video for me. Also if you expect crystal clear water like I did forget. The water was not clear. Its not hotels fault but I will not choose this hotel in the future.

I did not like that at the party pool the bartender would only acknowledge you if you gave a tip. Whoever showed him money is who he would attend first even if you were next for a drink. He was also very rude. I expect more from a all inclusive hotel with such high ratings.

We absolutely loved this resort. The facilities are great, the service is excellent, the food is tasty and its just overall beautiful. Daily and nightly entertainment was great too. We are so glad we ended our trip to Mexico with a super relaxing and luxurious week here.

The rooms lacked sufficient space for clothing storage. For those who have food allergies it was somewhat annoying to repeatedly provide the hostess and server details at every meal. This could be alleviated by having the information available online in the hotels database. Daily cleaning of pools could be enhanced, specifically the Lake, Activities Pool and Relaxing Pool.

The resort was beautiful, room was comfortable and staff was always attentive, accommodating and exceedingly friendly. The multiple pools provided a variety of experiences from peaceful to playful. The all inclusive restaurant options were exceptional and we enjoyed every meal we had. The restaurant and poolside entertainers were very talented and well curated.

Fitness center could have a few more weights. I was a little suprised on how many employees didn't speak good english which was a challenge at some of the resturants. The beach area was small and not well used. I wouldn't have anymore issues as I think it was a great resort.

Resturants were very good. Having multiple pool setting was awesome. The regular staff was very friendly and welcoming. The activities staff around the pool and other activities were top notch. Location and security were great. Was large enough but not to big.
