People nice and helpful. The room very good and big. But it was not very clean, every day hairs on the Floor. And the mirrors and windows were also dirty. The same with the breakfast room, not clean. And the people who worked there were not able to see what was needed.

I forgot to mention - the key system is frustrating because the key card is required to run the lights. We should have been given two keys, as we were two people. When I went out, i was unable to take the key, because my Roommate needed it for the lights I had to wake her up later and get her out of bed so I could get back in, because I was unable to take the key when I left (otherwise she would have been in the dark.) Our Spanish isn’t great, so communicating with the receptionist was a challenge (not complaining - this is Mexico - but it was hard to explain requests). I think it’s fair to Say if there are two guests who check into the room, give each of them a key so they don’t run into this issue.

It just lacks character. It’s very business-like, sterile and uninviting - and the only restaurant across the street was a horrifying price of $455 pesos for buffet. (For that price, I expect fresh food!) Having to ask for extra towels wasn’t the fault of the receptionist, but still frustrating that the room wasn’t properly stocked. A room that sleeps 4 should come with 4 towels! (We asked for 4 for 2 women because we wanted to wash our hair)

It’s clean and the receptionist was very helpful in finding us a restaurant for dinner (though you will have to drive there if you want something better than the one across the street) We only had one towel, so she sent 3 more immediately. The room was very clean and bed comfortable. It was also quiet for being in a downtown of a busy city. Breakfast was incredible. They served a wide variety of things to eat including hot dishes and typical fruit, toast, cereal etc. it was a really good spread

The staff generally didn’t speak English which made it extraordinarily difficult to find ok restaurants, laundry facilities, booking taxis or locating bus/train terminals

Gentle, kind and helpful reception people. Clean and comfortable room. A little noise in my room as it faced crowded road but comfortable. The place of parking is protected: underground, closed during the night and with guardian. Moreover, he helped/guided getting out the car versus the road.

Everything was as expected. The only issue for complaint is the street parking while checking in. There is no remedy for this, however, as the hotel is in a busy district.

Even if the place looks good at first, the door of the bathroom didn't close properly, the toilet didn't flush properly and the shower head looked dirty. The walls seemed thin as we could hear everything from the other rooms and outside.

The price was good for what it is. The staff was great. The place looks great at first glance compared to the area it is in. Wifi works well. Breakfast was included. Parking is a plus. It's close enough to the airport.

It was ok, didn't like that the buffet was served by someone of the staff, I couldn't pick my meal by myself. It starts at 7am, usually in other restaurants it's at 6am

Breakfast was a little bit tiresome, the one staff member serves you a plate instead of people getting their own food. This makes the line very long. Also, while there is AC in the individual hotel rooms, there isn't AC in the rest of the hotel, and it became very hot and stuffy. The elevator was very slow.

The room was comfortable and I got good rest. The staff was very friendly and patient with my lack of Spanish skills.

the breakfast organization, long que, why is this needed? That this method was implemented in the Covid pandemic period is understandable , it should be possible to go back to normal buffet .

The neigbourhood was rather poor. The towels had stains and did not look clean. We had to cue for the breakfast because a group of workers were eating at the same time.

The staff was inflexible and not very polite. We had booked a double room with queen size bed. When we arrived after 11 p.m. we received а twin double room. We requested to change this room to the room type we have booked. They said they were fully booked and there was no double room with queen size bed available. We insisted and then they gave us a double room with queen size bed. The room had a strong smell of fresh paint and it was impossible to sleep there. At the end they gave us a key for double twin room. The breakfast was mediocre. The hotel is far from the ADO Villahermosa bus terminal. The surrounding buildings were ugly and unpleasant.
