I would prefer to have the room light to be brighter, especially the working table. Probably to have a better white light supply for the working table as I need to do some office work if I have to stay longer at this hotel.

I like the swimming pool and fitness center. The swimming pool length is sufficient for a good swim and workout. This is the best swimming pool I have ever stayed at the hotels in Mexico. I will return to stay at this hotel next time if I visit Silao again.

They were available and communicated well when we had a delay at the airport. The driver was on time and helpful. The breakfast staff was extremely good.

It was good for one night. No real complaints. However the shower stall needs some maintenance. Great breakfast. Very attentive staff. Remember to tip your maid.

There was a small drainage issue in the shower of our bathroom which had been previously (cheaply) repaired causing a small corner of mold. The hotel was actually more like a 10 minute 70 MPH interstate drive to the airport.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The main reason we stayed here is I have confidence in the Hilton Garden Inn brand and it for it's comfort and safety at a reasonable price. It also provided airport shuttle.

Forget the shuttle. I set it up in advance and called several times after arriving at the airport. I would have had to wait almost 90 minutes for the shuttle if I hadn't taken an airport taxi for $17. Long waits in previous attempts. Also if you are sensitive to smells,, ask for a scent-free room. This visit -- although not in previous visits -- housecleaning staff used some kind of cleaning product on the sheets that was so strong it gave me a headache.

I've stayed at this Hilton property several times. It's got a nice restaurant and a rooftop bar. The breakfast is good and the staff are very nice.

I rented 2 rooms for 2 nites. one of the bedroom the beds where great, everything was wonderful in the king size bedroom the bed was very uncomfortable, I had to use pillows to Evernote the bed. and there was hardly any water pressure when I tried showering.

location was great, the indoor pool was a plus and being right next door to a 24hr dennys was heaven.

Restaurants get a lower grade. We had hoped for a dinner in the upstairs restaurant but it is open air only and the night we were there it was very windy and had a very loud and very large television blaring. Settled for downstairs and food was adequate. We left too early to try breakfast.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Airport shuttle service was good and efficient. Less than 10 minutes to the airport.

If you need a shuttle from the airport, good luck. I tried emails and phone calls. It never showed.

I've stayed in several of the hotels near the Guanajuato Airport. This one is by far the best. It has a bar on the roof and a restaurant. The breakfast was really good. The staff is very nice. The rooms are very nice. Bonus for me is there is no carpeting so it feels cleaner.
