Getting there it’s hard, the road that leads to the main entrance had a huge puddle and if your car is low or not a 4x4 you will get stuck, we saw two cars get stuck in the water and needed help out, we almost got stuck, maybe provide alternative roads to guest coming over, the staff told us how to find the street again without going through the puddle again, so they know different routes. The WiFi did not work at all, the signal would be up for an about 40 seconds and then dead. The hot water was never turned on when we wanted to shower so that was a bummer.

The place it’s so cute and actually pretty big, it was great! Definitely worth the stay.

The location is good. It's close to a lot of things in the valley, but still quiet to get a good night's rest. Rooms are spacious and clean.

This place is nearly brand new with a lot of thought put into the design of the rooms. The pool was nice and refreshing, everything was clean, good hot water, comfortable bed. It was a surprisingly nice stay, especially for the price we paid. We will definitely be back.

This place has everything you need: a cozy room, a clean pool, a bbq, a fire pit, surround sound throughout the property, and everything is exactly as described. The service person Omar is super attentive should you need anything, and the property owner is a quick message or call away should anything come up. I'm definitely coming back again, thanks!!

I've stayed here over a year ago, before they built the pool and bbq/longer área. The room are spacious, beautifully decorated, and their beds are amazing! We were surprised to see all the upgrades they've made that only made our stay more enjoyable when traveling with kids!

the only bad thing was that the bathroom floor has a little problem were the floor is not leveled to the drain so it can flood outside if you don’t put towels on the floor to hold the water. would be a good idea to look into it to avoid a slip and fall.

the location, the roads leading to the hotel are well maintained. the lady that greeted us was super nice and helpful and so was her husband. slept soo good, beds are very comfortable, TV has amazing signal and they have great cable…loved the decor…and it’s so close to La Cocina de Doña Estela!

The property is not easy to find, especially when traveling at night. There are no street signs or something to show you the address.

The roads were terrible and hard to navigate to get there. Really need a high clearance vehicle. Did not know about the bad dirt roads with huge puddles and massive potholes. There is a nice metal entrance structure, but no sign. Looks like it is pretty new place. Hot water was NOT consistent, couldn't get a shower at all one morning. This sucked because for what we are paying for a night in a place in Mexico, there should at least be consistent hot water! Shower itself was hard to use and the shower head came straight out of the ceiling and water pressure was weak. Needed a more comfortable chair or chair set for inside; maybe even a table. It's takes so long to get anywhere, it's a good idea to just bring your own food and relax there.

Bed was super comfortable, cute balcony and great view. Some nice touches and decent fridge and microwave and spacious enough for two. Good heater and not too loud. Super quiet at night. Pool was quiet small and not heated, so couldn't use. Furniture was cute, but much of it was not really comfortable to sit in. Sofia and Gustavo were great help. Very close to Lunario, a great restaurant.

No proper way to check in or out. Must be advised ahead of time it is contactless. Shower head needs to be adjusted. Label on shower should have a hot and cold section on handle.

There is NO directional signage. At night it was almost impossible (and very frustrating) to find sol del valle.

The property is not as pictured. They photoshopped the pool area and all the surrounding environment, besides your room. Room is pictured as it is, but there was no hot water and all 4 of us including the kids had to take cold shower in a 45 degree weather. The room had footsteps of mud, I guess from the construction workers. The whole premise is still under construction, with pool unfinished and construction materials/ rebars everywhere, very dangerous for kids. And the construction workers would blast music from their cars for the whole day, we had to leave because it was unbearable. I wish they haven't lied and photoshopped the property to make the guests stay there.

When you go to Valle De Guadalupe, you would think that the hotels would "assume" you are there for wine tasting... when we got there, they didn't have a single kitchen utensil, most importantly they didn't have a wine bottle opener. There was grill outside with 0 supplies to use it...so not really sure what the point of it is? you have to come and bring ALL your kitchen supplies to grill, drink etc. For the price, we expected there to be more. We booked a room for four people, and we were only given two towels and the shower head was slightly broken so the water came out from all directions.

The place itself was really cute, the room was clean.
