We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Mexicothe furniture is old and not well maintained, specially in the pull area. Also the pull looked a bit cloudy not very clean. The furniture at the restaurant looks old, there were not enough cushions for the cheers and there was not white wine.

Mexicowe had lots of ants and a pair of scorpions at the room at night, and the staffs attitude was not nice, all they had to offer was ride and my friend is allergic to it. We had to leave the premises at 1 am to go back to Mexico City. definitely not coming back and since yesterday i filed a case in AMEX to have my money back.
