we loved the bed and the space of the room and the air condition. they're just what any couple need. the location is very close to pretty much everything. Puerto Juarez to Isla Mujeres is like 5 Mins with uber and 20 mins walking. and the same for ADO terminal and a number of local resturants just 5 mins walking. it was really good stay we enjoyed everyday we stayed there. and it's secure and the area is safe as well.

Location was not exactly at hotel zone but pretty much accesible by Uber to main areas of attraction and was safe sound.

A technical glitch marred our stay on the first night wherein the bathroom door got spontaneously locked from inside at around 10.15 pm. Were neither able to open or contact the facility owner due to time- bar on call. Luckily got guidance from co guest staying in floor above, who also faced the same issue in the morning. Under her guidance, we were able to avoid nightmarish night.

An great facility with exceptional provisions for stay. Excellent space, view, Kitchenette was well stocked including cooking oil etc. Utilities were excellent. Guidance on Entry and check out were concise and clear.

Apartment location was good, not far from the Zona Hotelera, with car this is good value for money. Oposite the building were beautiful Coatis, the animal we could not seen anywhere else.

The streets where it’s located is a bit dark but once you got it super comfortable. The other minor thing is that they have tiny ants around the kitchen.

Super clean, soft sheets, had everything one needs during a stay. Modern, not far from places. Customer service was great and checking up on me to see how things were.

The apartment has been absolutely clean, there was even a new sponge to clean dishes. The shower was great and the communication and how to access the building has been straight forward and very detailed.

Location is not close to the downtown, but you have close grocery store (3 minutes walking ). And you can use uber for a very low prices.

Even though there was a slight hiccup regarding the water supply, the hostess, Paulina immediately restored the same. She went out of the way to ensure that our stay was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property for travelers.

2 things. We liked to walk, and had to cross a couple of very busy streets to get to part of downtown. 2nd, road noise from trucks and motorcycles going by, so I suggest getting a suite not facing the street.

The neighbourhood seems 'stinking' (sewage), but it's not really up to the owners to influence. Maybe it was just caused by a few rainy days or something like that.

The room is rather far from the hotels' zona, but we got there by bus. The furniture in the room is not very new and modern but it has all necessary things.

It was very convenient to have conditioner and TV-set with Netflix channels in the room. The room is rather big and tidy. The hostess is very polite and friendly. The station of ADO bus is rather nearby.

The neighbor's dog barked all night.

We loved this place! Paulina was very helpful! We rented a car and with car this apartment is perfect. It was 10 minutes to go to the center of Cancun and hotels area. Close is a green park with many koati!!! I really loved them. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the area was calm.
