Reception clerk the day of checking out very rude. Night before check out I Requested late check out which was approved for 1pm but then at 11 50 am next day, clerk was pushing for the checkout at 12 She did not (rocio) read the instructions of last nights request. And the discussion is always a negative aspect of the stay.

It Is always a good place to stay due to the nearby tourism attractions.

The staff did not react to two complaints of extremely noisy neighbors late at night. 1220 am The walls are very thin. Ironically my friend also heard them from the other side too.

Location was fantastic for access to easy transportation. Lots of restaurants in the area. Housekeeping very clean.

5 days prior to arriving we got a message from Suites Del Angel that they require a prepayment. They emailed a link for the payment, which was valid for 4 days. We immediately made the full payment and received a confirmation of payment. 8 hours prior to arriving, we got an urgent message through Booking.com indicating our credit card was rejected and that we needed to make a payment with a new card or our reservation risks being cancelled. Communication went back and forth electronically until they finally acceepted that our payment was made. This was very stressful as we were in transit. In the end it worked out but there was obviously a lack of communication on their part.

The room was very spacious. We did not use the kitchenette since we only stayed one night. Very friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. The neighborhood felt safe. Many restaurants on the street.

The windows did not seal properly. This was especially bad as there are restaurants at the ground level with live entertainment that would go on till late. If you want to sleep early and/or isolate outside noise, this is not the place!

As a tourist in Mexico City, this hotel has a superb location. You walk a block and you are in Reforma, arguably the most walkable and beautiful road in Mexico (the country)! I went in mid-December, so they had Christmas Markets on that road and they had a great variety of handcrafted souvenirs and other artisanal products, as well as local foods. From there, you can go walking to an impressive amount of tourist attractions such as the Chapultepec Castle, the Anthropology Museum, and on the other direction you can make your way to the Palace of Fine Arts and to the Cathedral.

The property is perfectly situated on the Paseo de Reforma right beside the Ángel de la Independencia. The rooms are large and well-appointed, the beds are comfortable.

The location was perfect. It is so close to Angel de la Independecia and you can find a lot of restaurants and bars just in front of the hotel. I feel comfortable in the hotel, the staff was really kind and the facilities were good. I enjoyed my stay there!

Some of the facilities were a little frustrating/cheap. The room didn't come with a coffee maker so we asked for one and they brought it up with 1 packet of coffee for 6 nights. When we asked for more we were told we had to purchase it, and it was really bad coffee so we opted not to. The towels were also very cheap and felt like cardboard, and there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang them after using. Also the shower wouldn't keep a constant temperature and would get very hot every couple of seconds. Overall it was a nice place and a good stay with minor inconveniences but it would be nice to not get nickel and dimed for a packet of coffee for the price that we paid.

Perfect location and good value. Very central to every tourist attraction and neighborhood with nice staff and a very spacious suite. We could hear our neighbors sometimes but luckily they were not too loud or obnoxious and there was no street noise at all.

The air conditioning control panel did not respond well. There were not enough handles on the cabinets in the kitchen. The watering can in the shower made me feel like I was washing under a Karcher 😁

The property has a classic look and feel. The property is very quiet considering its location right off Reforma. The suites are great overall and the beds are wonderful. The staff was also very helpful.

I could not find anything glaring that I did not like.

Its situated very close to the all the attractions, shopping centers, restaurants, street food and walking distance to the Castillo de Chapultapec. The room is large and includes a kitchenette and fridge.
