The lift was broken, the pool was taken over by pidgins. The machine for the room key cards didn’t work for half a day, the lobby and breakfast area were not very nice and clean. Overall the hotel needs better maintenance and some renovation.

The room was a bit old fashioned, but clean and the bed comfortable.

The false advertising. There is no airport shuttles. When asked they said the shuttles have been out service for years. That was a major inconvenience as that’s why we had chosen to stay here. Secondly as we made our way to our room we discovered dirty dishes in the hallway on top of a trash can as trash was full. The dirty dishes remained there the whole night. Also the elevator was out of service and the staircase wasn’t that sturdy as it felt ready to collapse. Lastly our room bath towels had tears all over them. The tears were very noticeable as I could fit my whole fist through the towel. This stay was not as advertised and will not recommend to anyone.

The location was the only good thing about this place.

My Booking.com confirmation stated a double for 2 people. But, I was alone. The price seems to have been for a double. It was high. I had to make a fuss to get 2 towels. Breakfast was not included. One morning, I had a bit of fruits and a coffee. The 2 restaurant attendants told me that it cost 150 MXN. I complained. They then said 130 MXN. I went to the front desk. The clerk pulled out a menu. It was 80 MXN. I asked for the manager. They said he is not there. I told them to let me know when he arrived. I heard nothing. I am never going there again. And, I am not using Booking.com ever again on account of this matter.

honestly, the hotel does not have all the facilities a guest needs for the price one pays, I do not think it is at that level

The staff is not friendly with the guests. You have to ask them 10 times for things. As my reservation was made through booking, breakfast was not included. In addition, the price was different from how I had it in booking. It is cheaper when you book with them than with booking The air conditioning never worked, the elevator did not work during my entire stay either.

the elevator was out of service during Independence Day so it was a pain for most of the guests when it was so packed.

great spot and really comfy rooms. was nice to get a king bed and a hot shower after a long time traveling. good location to get to the park but be away from noise. good breakfast too.

The hotel would have been the perfect location to record a horror movie. The place looks neglected and quite horrible, peeling paint, tape to cover cracks, dirty walls. The ventilation smells strangely, and it’s not possible to open the windows in the rooms. We were both troubled with headaches and bad sleep due to the bad air. The room next to us seemed to be a permanent apartment for someone cooking food all the time, one of the habitants in that room made strange noises and acted rather inappropriately in the evening and were yelled at by one of the staff like he was family(?). The fruit for breakfast was covered in flies, the juices was warm and cost 75$pesos. The entire buffet was 110$ Though the kitchenstaff wanted to charge another 10$ for absolutely no reason at all. A coffee and one glass of warm orange juice was 100$ I hardly ate anything and is definitely the most disappointing use of money I have ever used in a hotel.
