Great location close to the main town but very quiet. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and large and the roof top pool is a great place to relax. Check in was quick and easy and they allowed us to check in 3 hours early as our room was ready. All the staff including the dog were all so friendly and welcoming.

The person at the reception needs to be kinder to all people,without exception, since it seems bad she treats foreigners better, and give locals bad actitud. Tequila was friendlier 🙄

The wifi was very poor inside the room. We were unable to load basic things like email (let alone shows), but had no problem outside the rooms.

Nice rooms, great view from the roof! Pool is quite small but we were alone in the hotel when we stayed. People working in the hotel were very nice! Great location right in the city centre.

It is very aesthetic, the rooftop is a true beauty, the pool is small and perfect, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom big and beautiful, would definitely come back on my next visit to Tepoztlán.

If I have to point out something, it would be the room size, it is small, but don’t really need more and it’s so beautiful para the size doesn’t really matter. The bed is a queen size, so if your want space to sleep, this might be small for some.

Everything is new and beautifully designed. Easy to get there and park. Many beautiful trees and mountain views. The rooftop is beautiful and quiet. The staff is kind and always there to help. The food is delicious! This is my go to now (I’ve visited many hotels here).

I didn’t love that there wasn’t the option of a small coffee bar or breakfast bites of some kind. It didn’t matter that much but is just nice to have in the morning.

This hotel is beautiful, boutique and immaculately manicured. It’s so clean and comfortable. The upstairs rooftop dipping pool is picturesque and pristine. The grounds are secure and beautiful. The staff was very warm, helpful and present but not overbearing. The hotels location to the town was also very close and easy to access. I will def be returning here!

Great place. Great alternative. Very comfortable, clean, excelent staff, good location, safe place. Will book again when I return to Tepoz. It is not a hotel, event place with excellent rooms!

The price is a little too hight. I though I was paying for a hotel with a restaurant but it's only the accommodation facility of a party saloon.

Comfy beds, the place is beautifully designed, it was quiet, great located and safe. The staff was nice.

The first night was great. The second night there was a quinceañera party that started late afternoon and the music went til about 12:45 am. The windows were rattling and the bass was thumping through two pillows and ear plugs. Another irritating thing is we had the included breakfast and they charged us extra ($20 pesos) for a small bit of milk for our coffee. We found this weird (especially when a litre of milk is 20p and how else do you drink coffee?) I understand if we had asked for avocado etc, but a small splash of milk?

The hotel is in a super location, close to town and a beautiful setting. Lovely rooms and nice rooftop. Really sweet and kind staff. The breakfast was delicious.
