The place itself looks absolutely stunning, feels like you’re walking into a rainforest. Beautifully decorated and the Cenote-like pool is lovely. There’s a bar so you can get your morning coffee and drink it on your terrace. Rooms are also very nicely decorated and spacious. The owners are super friendly and helpful and full of great local tips and advice.

Nothing. Only potential improvement would be to add a breakfast option. Otherwise you can get an early breakfast at Potheads from 7am or later on at botanica garden cafe.

Amazing jungly paradise, you enter winding through beautiful jungle plants, pass a little pool with swings next to the bar. Lovely intimate setting. Good location in the Tulum town (much better than the very touristy and overpriced beach area). Staff were really nice, they made some great recommendations which we really appreciated. One of these was SFER IK UH MAY which was an amazing addition to our agenda.

You need a car / taxi for the beach but this is clear from hotel location

Large rooms decorated well, the staff were excellent - got to know individual guests, very helpful with local recommendations and any questions you had, and made excellent drinks that were very reasonably priced relative to other places in Tulum. Excellent organic toiletries also provided as well as parking.

Oasis of greenery and calm in the center of the new trendy neighborhood. Clean room, spacious, confortable. Nicely decorated. Free parking in front of hotel, possible to walk to bars and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. 15-20min by car from the seaside.

Tulum itself is way ovarated, far from sea, full of traffic, dust and garbage, seaside is behind fences, and beach clubs cost 60eur per person per day. Was ok for 2 days, but there are far better places to go for a beach.

Very helpful staff, spacy rooms, close to amenities (not in the center), beautiful yard. 7 street nearby had all restaurants we needed.

The windows not being sealed allowed mosquitos and ants to get in our room, but thats about it!

The staff was so incredible, they had the best recommendations, tips, and just overall super friendly. They definitely made the stay much more enjoyable. The rooms were not the most quiet by any means and the windows were not sealed so we had some critter friends in our room the last night of our stay. The location was amazing though! I would stay here again if I'm ever back. :)

I loved this place, it was away from the noisy centre of Tulum, it felt very private and safe, the grounds were delightful, swimming pool small but gorgeous with swings to sit on while at the bar. The room was simple, but stylish and comfortable. The staff were lovely very helpful.

Beautiful, peaceful boutique hotel near some of the best cafes and restaurants in Tulum. The service is brilliant and the staff went out of their way to make us feel very comfortable and provide lots of great recommendations. The room was huge and the whole vibe is very chilled and tranquil. We extended our stay by two nights! Would certainly stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Location in residential neighborhood close to many fabulous eateries; quiet, serene interior with lovely pool and garden; wonderful staff who are so friendly and helpful with many recommendations; easy and thorough communications through WhatsApp; small, non-commercial property; parking on-site.

Two flights of narrow stairs (not deep enough for your feet to plant fully) to reach the room, though the railings were fortunately solid. The steps from the living area to the loft were incredibly narrow and irregular, making using the toilet at night an adventure. When we were checking in, there was a bit of confusion about the charge for our room. We were presented the option of paying less using cash, or paying more for using a credit card. Initially I thought this was a surcharge for using the credit card, but that was because sometimes when Booking.com shows "Total", they don't include all the taxes. In reality, this was an offer of a discount for using cash. We didn't have enough cash for our three night stay, so went with the credit card. It would be good if Booking.com was consistent about including taxes when listing the "Total" amount, and the listing could also mention that a discount will be offered if patrons are willing to pay cash.

Attractive hotel courtyard and room. Room spacious with best bathroom on the trip. Kitchenette, loft with large bed, though no chairs in sleeping area. Couch and chairs in lower living area. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. They had good restaurant ideas, though couldn’t advise specifically on bike rentals.

The personal, kind customer service at the hotel was exceptional. Ruffa exceeded our exceptions. We felt like we had a personal guide and caretaker during our stay. Hotel was very beautiful, lush green, clean. Cappuccinos were the best ever. Raffa took care of all our car needs and had time for us to talk and make us feel comfortable.
