Very convenient next to Soloman landing I’ve lived here 21 years. I had no electricity so we had to get a hotel.

The view was great, but my view was not at the marina . It was of the air conditioners and the satellite dishes.

Great location, the marina is very close also everything was from 10 min walk. Breakfast buffet was very good and the pool has a great view.

The rooms were not cleaned daily but only when you remind it. Complimentary water delivery and changing of towels were also done on request only. Sewing kit was not available in the rooms, it should be added to the amenities (nobody even understood what I needed, hard to explain to someone who doesn’t speak English). Last day there was a birthday celebration at the restaurant so the service was bad on that day. The butter was old (like spoiled), empanada was not tasty (no cheese in it) and the soup was served after 40 min of waiting. They sent 2 empanadas to make it up when I complained which was a bit better but I already lost my appetite while waiting so gave up on trying and left.

The location was perfect, breakfast was good and the staff were helpful. Airport shuttle service was also good. I’d like to thank especially the concierge staff Arturo, Gerardo, Santiago and the ladies for helping me to choose and attend the tours and arranging transportation. Their guidance and support was much appreciated.

Some of the staff like the bartenders were rude. Towl people were rude and there wasn’t just one but twice, staff walked right into our room with no knock, no warning one was early in the morning and the other was 7:30 pm in the evening while we were napping. There was No question for us to have anything delivered. No one callled . Both my friends and I were naked and we hasn’t asked for any extra anything like towels or anything so it was very, very uncomfortable.

Checking in!!!! Nightmare!!! I asked in October for rooms next to each other. Our room was going to be in another building!! Went back 3 times . Finally manager gave us a room 1 door away. Now why do they have to do that !!Girl at check in was NOT very accommodating. But the rest of the stay was great

Rooms were great. Breakfast was wonderful and had a variety for our grandchildren and the adults . Rooms were spacious with a king bed and a pull out sofa . Pool was cool and refreshing. They could read the audience better for playing music at the pool. There were 4 of us , 2 over 65 and 2 under 7. And the music was blasting so loud!! Not necessary . At one point the speaker was broken and it was the best pool day ever!!!

I felt they could have accommodated our request to cancel last 2 days so I was disappointed.

The breakfast was included and either buffet or from a menu. It was very good. The staff was helpful. Because of a death in the family we had to leave early but they wouldn't cancel the last two days, but they gave us a bigger room.

The Fitness Center was always too hot!!! Need better Air Conditioning. Longer Happy Hour at the Pool. Didn't care for the Lower restaurant.

The location, the Staff and the Cleanliness! Happy Hour at the Pool needs to be longer than 11 AM to 1 PM. Maybe extend it to 2 PM. Otherwise, a Nice Location. We would come back if the Price was right.

It is a bit dated. The rubber seal on the sliding door in my room, number 255 has been pulled out and there is sharp exposed glass. There are a couple of areas that could use some maintenance or touchup. I noticed there was a wet floor cone immediately outside your sample membership, suite where there was water dripping from the ceiling for at least the four days I was there

My room in particular was extremely small. The bed and the door to the room was an arm length of each other property is massive. However, there was only one small pool for the entire property. It would get crowded at times and you would not be able to find a seat to sit outside. There was no wifi in the gym/spa area. Some days housekeeping did not clean my room and some days when they did clean my room they didn’t change the sheets. They just made the bed and I had to go back and request that the sheets be changed. The included breakfast was the standard typical continental breakfast with omelette station. Nothing about the food stood out to me. I wish they had more options.

Loved the location of the property. It was right on the Marina and walking distance to many restaurants and activities.

Our room was never cleaned for the entire time we were there. Someone had come to our room to check the mini fridge and charge us for a beer, but nobody cleaned the room. We had to call for clean towels and toilet paper, which arrived, but still room was not cleaned.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They remembered you each day and would go above and beyond to help. Breakfast was very good as there was a station where they would cook eggs, omelets, french toast, pancakes, toast, bacon, etc on the spot, any way you wanted.

I didn't like not getting a view of the Marina from my room. I had my heart set on that, and I'm not sure why I thought I'd be having one. The balcony was spacious and faced the town across from the parking lot. A lot of construction trash was in the lot directly below us. It happens. They did offer to change the room, but the view would never be the boats, so I stayed put. The pool and restaurants all had a beautiful view, so I didn't miss out too much.

The hotel concierge was a very valuable resource in getting our activities scheduled, and everyone really knew the area, which everything was reachable by walking, and that helped us a lot. The breakfast and cooks and waiters, the pool staff, the bartenders, all great. The view from the pool area of the Marina was Beautiful. My room was spotless every day. The hallways were kept sparkling. We were there at spring break and the hotel provided extra security as well as medical/lifeguard type staff giving everyone peace of mind that the over indulging were being kept as safe from themselves and others as possible. We never had a single issue. The couples reflexology was a special treat that we will definitely enjoy again. The dining is first class there and nearby. Close to the airport. So central to everything at the marina, the town, the shops, the activities, we just loved our stay at Hotel Tesoro on the marina.
