The location is great if interested in playa del carmen center. The room was spacious. They provide activities booking service with transportation from the hotel. Have valet parking on premises.

I booked here via two reservations, second reservation they moved me to a different room, this room wasnt ready, furniture was upside down, cleaning materials everywhere, shower head off among other things. The main pool was closed, which should have been notified at the time of booking and free cancellation offered, there was only two small jacuzzi style tubs available.

The food was decent, quiet enough location away from any of the noisey 5th Avenue clubs/bars. Staff where friendly

There was often noise from either the street or from the roof which could be quite loud depending on the time of the night.

The property is in a great location. Close to 5th Avenue and a short walk to the beach. Had everything you could need at the hotel and the staff were very helpful.

Roof top pool area servers give priority to day pass stayers than all Inclusive guest. It also sucks that they now started charging for all inclusive guest to use the sister hotels.This has been my 3rd time staying and it’s the only bad thing about it.

It was a short trip to the beach & our server who became our favorite and I will highly recommend to anyone reading reviews was Maria Jose at the roof top pool area. She was always attentive vs other servers who would not even look my way the first time I needed a drink.

Next to really loud bars that play loud music until midnight, hard to sleep at night if you go to bed early. Not sure if all inclusive is worth it

Really good location and pricing right next to the beach and markets in playa del Carmen. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good enough for what we were looking for.

The hot water jacuzzi was not working and has not been for a while only one jet was blowing and the temp was mild am not hot. 4th floor is below roof top and thus all the noise transfers through, one night the cleaning crew dragged the furniture waking me up, very loud,

Room was very large, comfortable, and staff kept it very clean.

Very busy, slight chaos. Went for a package (meal/massage etc) but cant see it as value for money, it was average. Very noisey - air con came on at 6.30am, waking us up.

Good overall standard, good wifi, good location.

The pool played ridiculously loud music on the WHOLE terrace all day. There should be an area at one end with no speakers so you can have the option to use the facillities without being at a pool party! Especially as only about 8 people seemed to be into the dj haha!

I didn’t like that there was no room service or that I couldn’t bring food from the restaurants to my room. Because there were days I was just to tired to put on clothes and go to the restaurant when I just wanted to have food in my room and relax in my room in my robe

I like that it was adults only and close to the beach. I was a solo traveler I felt safe. The staff was very nice and helpful. Loved the pool area

The roof top set up and view was great . But the service was bad especially once they realize you’re staying at the hotel . They gave more attention to the day passers . The first time they saw us right off the bat the service was on point . The second time we went back at the roof top we asked the same guy who served us the first day for a drink , he just looked at us turn away and helped other people even persons who were nearby. He pointed another staff to us , the other server watched us and never came . We were on the all inclusive package.

The reception area beautiful , the location 🙌🏾 . Carolina at the welcome desk was exceptional 👏🏾 keep up the great work and sweet personality ❤️ The spa and staff omgggg amazing . Breakfast great, Italian Restuarant great, Mexican restaurant great , Asian restaurant great. Roof top burger great ❤️ . We did a tour with MAYAS ADVENTURES 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Exceptional.

A bit noisy (music from the rooftop) during the day, especially if you’re on a high floor.

modern design, central location, and attentive staff. the rooftop pool and bar are excellent. We celebrated our honeymoon and got complimentary champagne and chocolate, it was nice :) The hotel has a basic gym as well, it has everything you need for a basic workout.

The loud music in the pool.

The location is really good. If you are young and looking for a fun hotel it is the place for you. But if you want to relax and read a book next to the pool it is not for you. The staff is really nice and helpful, the room is big and comfortable.

One of the hot tubs was not working and it was very cold. So everyone crammed into the other hot tub leaving no space for others to enjoy. The shower in the room took a very long time to warm up.

The property is located in a good area. Nightlife and dining outside of the restaurant are in walking distance. The staff is amazing and very friendly.

The Italian restaurant was not good and the breakfast was just ok. A lot of the drinks were watered down. The music on the pool deck was too loud. The pillows were bricks.

The staff were great. The Mexican restaurant was delicious. The lobby bar was really good The Asian restaurant was very good. The pool deck was really nice. Between how good the Mexican restaurant was, how nice the pool was, it was a really good value.

Everything was great, nothing not to like. Would 100% come back and stay again!

Room was great for three girls sharing! Sofa bed was very quickly made up upon request with the housekeeping team so we each had a bed! One pregnant friend who had just as much fun on the mocktails as we did on cocktails and the best nights sleep she’s had in weeks. Ulisies on the roof was great, super friendly and helpful! Anna in the shop la Mexicana was also so joyful, helpful and informative! The spa is small but super relaxing! 100% recommend the back neck and shoulder massage and the wonderful therapists!

Probably time for ac upgrade in rooms . But very very minor . It’s all inclusive is not exactly all inclusive since some restaurants aren’t included. Food by pool below average, but for total price and value it didn’t matter we just ate at other places in playa

Location in playa is perfect . Just off the beach but roof top has great views . I would recommend
