Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandWhen I checked in, my room was no longer available and they offered and “upgrade” to a room with a smaller bed. When I said I needed the king as booked cause I was traveling with a 6”4 large human l. They said it wasn’t available. So I asked if they would throw in breakfast for free, all of a sudden my room was available.

United StatesWe were a family of four. The food and service at the Sports bar was awful. The hamburger was awful. I suggest the management buy better meat. The meat looked worse than a MCdonald's hamburger. The Chicken Alfredo was horrible. The waitress took the order, gave us the food and was never seen again. The food and service in general was awful at the sports bar. I had a very different experience at the Breakfast buffet in the morning. Food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Rooms are clean and the hotel property is very nice.

United StatesThis was my first time at an all inclusive resort and maybe I booked the wrong package but I thought meals would be included - make sure you check before you book.
Breakfast was awesome! Def opt in for that. Pool and beach were super nice and the room was big and clean, good temperature although the AC was a little loud. Property location is good just hop on the bus to get anywhere in Cancun! Staff was very nice and attentive.

We like to stay here for a night or two at a time when we are working in Cancun. This hotel is at the start of the hotel strip which means you can get in and out really quickly and easily without having to go all the way through the traffic of the hotel zone. Its always clean, staff are super friendly, and the included breakfast is very generous with a huge variety of delicious food. We especially loved the dinner on the beach at night, was so relaxing with the waves breaking on the shore.

SwitzerlandOur room was extremely far away from the elevator and having a family member with reduced mobility, made it difficult. We could not open our room window so it felt a little bit claustrophobic. The meal we had at the signature restaurant was not so tasty and very pricey, they should improve that and bring it to the same level as the breakfast. Other guests were smoking in their rooms so the smell went through all the hall, the penalty for smoking should be higher around 400 USD and not 400mxn so people stop doing it.
Excellent customer service, front beach hotel, very polite and kind staff. Excellent breakfast buffet, it exceeded my expectations, the ingredients were fresh and good quality. Different areas in the hotel to relax, close to the pool or the beach. The beach bar service is amazing, especially the cocktails, very well served and good size for the price. The beach was very well maintained, with some seaweed but staff would clean it every day.

United StatesThe wall where the shower door attaches broke. We had plaster in the shower and the door couldn’t close. It was a good thing that this happened on the last night or we would have had to move to another room. This was room 2305. The cleaning staff kept leaving only 1 wash cloth even though there were 2 of us. The soap dish was never cleaned and the soap bar was never switched out.
Very clean and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Ernesto at the Swim up Pool Bar was so engaging. Such a wonderful conversationalist. Great service. I can’t say enough good things about him!!

United StatesThe DJ music could have been better. The selection was not good. Maybe mix it up a bit with some latin music. And turn up the volume.
My greeting at the front desk was pleasantly welcoming. The next day I had a message from concierge and I spoke with a gentleman. He provided with information about sites to see. The price offer to tour (chichiniza) is expensive $400+ I was offer a discount if I attended share holder event. I decline. I got a map of the zone hotelera. Buses R1 R2 is your best. Use pesos to pay transportation for one person is 12 pesos or use dollars but you are better off paying in pesos. You can ask the drivers for local food- they know where is best. The place might look a bit off but I vouch the food is less expensive and tasty too. If you want to experience take a chance. The beach location is very colorful, tit has a few massages places with beach view. The hotel has a 7 pools the main is a heated pool and faces the sun rise and beach. The one that faces the sun set had a water surfing platform but it was not working. Breakfast is good - choose the buffet. Just in case if you decide too book a tour with third party the pick will be at the lobby but sometimes they are not allow to go in so keep and eye. I did my tour with Viator.

United StatesFacility and rooms are “tired” need some deferred maintenance. Parking facilities needs to be clearer, confusing how to get to lobby once you’ve parked and had to climb several stairs. Stairways looked like were for the staff, not guests. Door to level not marked. Need better signage. Didn’t like that had to check out at 10 when check in wasn’t until 4.
