Needed a little more room for clothes. WiFi was very spotty.

Location was very convenient to tourist area. Staff was great and rooms were maintained very clean.

One of the front desk lady with short hair was rude. She didn't give us a room, that we paid for, With balcony and garden view. Maybe because one of them gave us a room little earlier. We appreciate that because I felt bad with out sleep. But no balcony and no garden view. Thanks booking

Had a few issues with WIFI in our room, bit resolved quickly and to our satisfaction . WIFI is quite strong in public areas.

Comfy and spacious room. Excellent breakfast. All day hot drinks and water. Lots of ground drinks communal space inside and out. Amazing central location.

Wonderful location! We walked all around the city and still concluded that this was the ideal location. They also had a free breakfast. Not like buffets you see in other places, but a full-fledged kitchen with a different menu every day. The food was as good as any restaurant you could find for breakfast. The staff was fantastic, from the front desk, to the ones cleaning our room. Everyone worked very hard to make our stay exceptional. Large room for breakfast, and a lovely small courtyard where you can also have breakfast served or just lounge.

Room on ground floor though I had requested a higher floor with a window to open up. 2nd and 3rd floors probably have more cheerful rooms.

Friendly staff at check in. Good breakfast included in a nice courtyard setting. Coffee and hot water available early morning. A plus! One block from the Zocolo, right across the street from the market.

If your room faces the courtyard, sound travels and guests hanging out in the courtyard can be loud. As others noted, the shower can be tricky to get a consistent water temperature, but not a big deal. But neither of these are deal breakers.

Staff was very friendly and helpful helping arrange taxis for airport and day trips. Breakfast was beyond fabulous and again, staff was very friendly. Quality food with different options each day. We didn't have a meal we didn't thoroughly enjoy. Nice courtyard and seating in lobby. Beds were comfortable. Location was excellent. Very pleased with this hotel.

Parking garage was a number of blocks away and you needed a staff person to go with you to get it out.

Location was excellent - just a block off the main square and across the street from the market. A hot breakfast was served daily. Rooms were big and comfortable.

We had a smallish room but it was very comfortable and quiet. Lovely Spanish-style open courtyard so lots of personality. Good breakfast with three choices in a changing menu. Great location next to the market. Very friendly staff. Free tea/coffee/water all day. We'd stay again.

The information at the reception was misleading. We asked how to use the local transportation to the regional market and were told it was too difficult when in fact it was certainly quite easy.

The location was perfect. Very close to markets, the zocalo and nightlife. Each day the breakfast offered different options.

The hot water in the shower, was hard to regulate. But I am sure that is very normal in an old city. We thought we were lucky just to have hot water!!

We stayed on the top floor and it got a bit warm in the room, to be expected of course, but we couldn’t figure out the A/C system in the room at all. Also, the shower was either HOT or cold, very hard to get a good temperature. Nonetheless, not enough to dissuade us from coming back.

The building and its interior design are absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Location within the city is also prime!
