Wi-fi in the room was a bit slow, but excellent in the common areas.

The bed was incredible comfortable! Quite at night but still central and a short-walking from restaurants, attractions, etc. Our bus didn't leave until the evening after our check-out, but the staff let us hang around the whole day and use facilities.

There could be a large water that all guests can use instead of small plastic bottles. The room did heat up in the day and was no through ventilation as windows are stuck shut.

It has beautiful coutyard and terraza, botanical drawings and plants. The room was large and nice lighting. The location is great. A lovely part of the city.

No air con and we had the ground floor room so couldn't open the window due to it being on the street. Not many other guests so don't know why they didn't put us on a higher floor.

It would have been good to have a mini fridge in the room or access to the kitchen in the terrace so that we could make breakfast and light snacks on site.

We stayed in a king room. It was spacious, clean, had good storage and was only a 15 min walk into the city centre. There were plenty of nice shops and bars nearby.

Our room was a bit hot and the fan didn't help too much. Our room looked a bit different then in the pictures. A bit dark.

Good location, We could leave our luggage for some hours in check in/out. New water bottles every day.

- boiling in the room compared to the corridor, the fan helped but it made it too cold (so either too hot or cold) - extremely noisy, could hear loud conversations and footsteps from early morning - shower pressure was super low and took a long time to become warmer - wifi OK but could be stronger - whilst the laundry was appreciated, it was not stated upfront that there would be an extra cost for this, so it appeared that it was an included service; until checkout time when we had to pay extra (only 100 pesos nonetheless)

- lovely staff, always smiling and greeting us, only spoke Spanish but this was fine with me as I wanted to practice - room cleaned daily, at least regarding bedsheets which was appreciated - great location close to everything and a quaint corner of the city without being too near the dirtier and louder central streets - new bottles of water every day, really nice touch - lovely terrace with views of the city - fan in the room - option of a speedy and good quality laundry service

Quiet, clean and good location. Very good hotel for the money. There is a very good restaurant named Ayuk about 3 or 4 doors up from the reception door. Highly recommended and decent prices

The bed was so small it was impossible for two people to sleep there given the heat. I also did not know there was no food available within an hour drive so I was grateful to have brought some. We were told that access to water would be available 24/7 but when I went for some drinking water early in the morning the kitchen was locked. A bit more clear communication about this would be welcome because the place and location are truly wonderful!

Great location and wonderful to be so close to the waterfall entry point. The room itself is beautiful with sliding doors that open to the jungle. Luckily there also was a couch bed for extra sleeping space. Very nice common area with good wifi. Was so grateful to be able to use the kitchen and that by chance we had bags of snacks because there was no open restaurant within an hour drive.

- There were a couple of water issues where it stopped working & the staff weren’t great with communication around it. - You couldn’t use the kitchen on the rooftop, it would have just been great to be able to make a coffee at least in the morning.

The rooms were pretty big and colorful. The bed was big and comfortable. There were water bottles and soap in the room that were refreshed daily with the daily cleaning of the room. There were 2 windows that helped refresh the air in the room and a fan that we found really helpful for the warm nights. It can get a bit noisy from the people chilling outside in the common area though. The location was pretty nice as well. Its a good 15 min walk to the centre of the city but exactly due to that it was pretty quiet. The staff helped us with parking spot even though the place does not offer parking. In general we really enjoyed our one week stay in Oaxaca.

Location is perfect. Outstanding view from the roof terrace. The interior is beautiful, as is the building itself, including the inner patio. Staff is nice.
