The surrounding area threw me off initially but as I learned the town I realized it was a great central location.

Really nice room. Friendly staff. Location near the center although Tulum's weird with there being two busy areas: the center and the long beach with isolated busy spots. Know which of these areas you'd like to be near of.

The facilities were very clean, comfortable and the location it’s very nice in the center of tulum. You can walk to restaurants, supermarket and to the street where are all the night life.

There is a pool in the garden with clean water. (not everywhere in Mexico) The Hotels location is very good to experience the Hotel Zone. Easy to park. The Staff was very helpful. There was a Security Guard at the Hotel entrance during the night.

We had a great experience experience at Uolis Nah! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The location offers a convenient access to Tulum center (10 minutes walk) and the beach (15 minutes cycling). The place also offers bicycles and scooter rental which is a plus. We cannot wait to return to Uolis Nah and highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Tulum.

Breakfast on the first day was okay, on the secon day it was pretty bad- it was sunday so only self service what would be okay, but there was almost nothing and really shady and not well prepared at all. This is for me not worth for a 3 star hotel where we pay for breakfast

It could be closer to town. But being just outside the center also makes it more silent. Kitchen could be better equipped.

It’s just next to one of the main roads in Tulum. There is nothing they can do but it is extremely loud in the rooms so if you need quiet space for sleep/ hangout this is not a good place for you.

The surroundings! Stepping outside the hotel was like being in an industrial zone. Very busy dusty road packed with big trucks.

Property itself is 10/10, great staff and there is a nice terrace with every room.

The location is convenient, the rooms clean. Good value for money. The staff was very heplful in solving the problem which I created myself. Maybe a bit noisy in the morning with open window(ok with closed). Note that if you want more than toast, coffee and fruits, it is additional charge.

The room was quite dark, and the water tap and shower was not very comfortable, like you would expect for the price per night.

Avoid at all costs! This is a very dangerous place and it has a huge security risk! Long story short, when we arrived, our room did not have a lock on the door. It was completely yanked out of the doorframe, with force it seemed. Nobody could help us figure out what had happened to the door and they also couldn’t offer us another room. So of course we cancelled the booking and left the property immediately. The next day I requested a refund via Booking but was then told by the property that they actually didn’t consider a door without a lock a security risk and that they will not refund me?! This is of course criminal behaviour so I am warning everyone who plans to stay here :(

We have made this booking online and cancelled an hour later when visited the hotel in person. The room and the environment was not as pictured in the listing, we would not have been able to take out suitcases up on the ladder and we felt unsafe the place. The neighbourhood was full of rubbish and dirt. The hotel is next to a dirty noisy road. The receptionist (we guess he was the manager) said it is ok to cancel our booking, they will confirm that. He left the hotel when we left. We have contacted the hotel and booking dot com for help. The hotel answer was the booking is non refundable, since then no communication just they are keep on trying to deduct the full amount from our bank account.

The only complain we can think about is that the pressure in the shower was a bit too low and we didn’t manage to get warm water out of it. This wasn’t such a problem because the water coming out was fresh and not too cold, but just something we noticed.

The staff was so friendly here. The location was so convenient also that we decided to stay one more night in Tulum to travel around and see more of the place. You can rent bikes to go to the beach, or if you want to walk you also can. The breakfast included was simple but they had a restaurant where you could order more food if you wanted to. Parking was directly in front of the property

I can’t really find anything negative. It was a great stay.

A good hotel with everything that was promised - a nice room with a big bed, cold ac and good pressure in the shower, hot water, towels, clean pool, nice restaurant on site and a basic breakfast a good coffee, cold natural juice, fruit plate and toasted bread with butter and jam. Very friendly and profesional staff, good location, parking lot. Everything you need! We also had that friendly cat that just came in and stayed with us - made our stay so much more enjoyable:)

We had cleaning of our room only one day once during a 6 day stay, despite promises of cleaning and fridge refill every day We arrived in the evening, the door to the property was locked, so we had to wait 15 minutes on the street, as nobody showed up to open, when we rang the bell (did not feeling safe at all) Some mornings there was no water, so we could not use the toilet, wash and showers Strange concept of included breakfast: Eat what they serve that day - or get any other course from the breakfast menu with a 15% discount only
