I picked this hotel cuz it was close to the airport and it had a free shuttle. When we arrived there we discover the shuttle doesn't run sundays so we ask the receptionist to book us a taxi. He arrived about 10 minutes before the hour, but we weren't ready till the hour (6 am) waiting for us apparently put him in a bad mood, (not our fault if he was early) the drive to the airport was no longer than 5 minutes, he wanted to charge us $250 and he dropped us at "arrivals" (the same amount a taxi charged us the previous day from ADO station to the hotel). I advise to check with the hotel if you'll have the free shuttle before booking. If I knew it I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel, cuz there's nothing near (only the airport) so at the end of the day is better to stay by the beach or downtown and just pay 1 taxi to the airport instead of paying taxi to go back and forth to the city, and then pay for a taxi to the airport...

I don't have any complaints, I like everything, this is the second time I have stayed in this hotel ,and they're friendly.

The room was clean, comfortable, free breakfast, front desk excellent and professional, the shuttle service to the airport on time, and very good service. Close to every attraction in the area. I'll recommend it.

Directly across from the airport in Veracruz to allow for an early flight. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Good air conditioning - it had been hot and muggy all day and a relief to get into a dry, cooled room. Shower strong, towels clean.

Breakfast is late should be more early for people leaving early. Also they need to check the property closely for any upgrades before is too late for deterioration on the fire like bathroom

The area isn’t suitable if you want to explore Veracruz, it is far from stores and taxis are kind of expensive.

I liked the pool, the room and the staff! I liked how they were able to give you a ride to the airport and had included breakfast.

It is next to a farm or something. at 4am, rooster starts to make noise, at 6am, the dogs and other animals joined the roosters making noise. you cannot get a good sleep. and reception gave me a quiet room.

The hotel restaurant stays open until at least 11pm.

It's very simple, not luxurious at all, but I was only interested in location and the on-demand shuttle service you book the night before to go to the airport. Felipe, the driver, was very nice and the trip was very fast.

A very simple hotel which fulfilled expectations given the low price. I chose it because it is very close (5km) to the airport in Veracruz AND they have a free shuttle service which means you don't have to deal with the totally dishonest, thieving Mexican taxi drivers who rob you 24 out of 25 times you use one.

It is what it is. It's a good place

It was good. We stay here usually because they would pick you up from airport and the you back. We use this hotel as our jump off spot. To go visit family in the interior. Easy to book online.

I only chose this hotel because there was an airport shuttle but when I requested the shuttle I was told the shuttle had limited hours (morning only) and my flight arrived in the evening.
