I didn't like- The sounds in the mornings of people going and coming .. but by that time i was a wake. Wifi wasn't strong enough for me (upload spead not high)

Some noise from nearby club but it wrapped up by 1 am. We couldn’t find any washrooms outside the room unfortunately when our toilet was clogged so we had to sneak into the restaurant in the middle of the night which was a bit scary! Bring some bug spray if you want to hang out outside at dusk. Very minor complaints, would 100% stay here again - great base to explore Tulum town and get away from it all when we were done with the hustle and bustle!

We loved our stay at Wish - the family room was just right for us and the kids, we loved the pool, and being so close to Chedraui where we could buy fresh pastries for breakfast every day. The staff was super friendly and even opened up the pool so we could swim at night after a long day walking around Tulúm town. We enjoyed sitting outside our room in the evenings enjoying the fresh air with the kids safely tucked in bed. Would definitely stay here again!

Sometimes the bathroom was smelling like sewage. Also there is one guy at the front who was working from the 24th evening to the 25th during the day that had zero clue what he was doing, had no information about anything and was totally unhelpful. Rest of the staff was nice.

Place is nice, nice rooms well decorated, beautiful palm trees all around the premises.

The air con in our room was not very good and it was quite warm which left things feeling a bit damp.

Fabulous pool area exactly as it looks in the pictures a little tropical oasis. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. There is no TV which we were not bothered about but they provide a kettle and a coffee maker and a fridge which was great. Bathroom a little dated but perfectly functional and no issues with shower. Great balcony overlooking pool. Comfortable really big bed The staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant within the hotel which is independent serves decent food the burritos we had were really good. Boston pizza is great sport bar with cold beer and excellent pizza across the road as is the Chedraui supermarket. We did not make the long journey to the beach we stayed here for 3 nights for a change of scenery and to visit the cenotes which we booked at a discount via hotel and hopped on a collectivo at the top of the street for 25 pesos absolutely great value

The door that led to the garden/pool did not lock. There is no private parking for cars, however I had no difficulty parking in front of the hotel. At check out they only let you leave after confirming that everything is ok in the room... it reminded me when I was 18 years old...

Huge supermarket 2 minutes from the hotel. Possibility of renting bicycles at a fair price. The pool area is nice. There is a mini fridge in the room.

Airconfitioner didn't work OK it cooled too much, the display didn't work. They didn't have enough towels even dough I did reserve days ahead for 5 persons. No TV.

Bathroom/Shower was a bit small. The floor in the bathroom got wet because there wasn't a proper division. Could use more hooks on walls or hangers of some sort to hang wet items (towels, swim trunks) in the room.

The pool is nice for kids. Very close to the Chedraui super. Staff was very nice. Restaurant next door is good, and not super expensive. Central location.

The staff was inflexible and not so friendly upon arrival and panicking regarding the beach towels and charging for them. The bathroom was below all standards. Mould on the walls in the shower and the entire ceiling which can be easily fixed with a layer of paint. The bath was extremely narrow and the lock kept closing the bath room without anybody in there.

The pool area was fantastic and the entrance beautiful too. The terrace with the room is great too.

I got woke up by security in the middle of the night as the door to my room was open (it's good that security do patrols and makes you feel safe) and then the next day I came out of the bathroom and noticed that the door was open again. Not sure what was going on with this but a bit of a concern. Walls are a bit thin

Although on the road toward the beach, there are so many changes that access to the beach has been curtailed extremely . ALL private hotels along the 'hotel zone', commercial enterprises now buy and sell all that formerly was known as Tulum. The ruins are still there and worthy of an early morning visit but beyond that just shops, restaurants various substances to dull / enhance consciousness all seemingly satisfying the hordes of sunburnt visitors . I will go elsewhere now. But thanks for the memories of an extrodinarly pleasant coastal experience before it was converted into an adult mall.

low season =quiet, away from the party noise of Tulum, close to grocery store, delightfully sparcely occupied for a Saturday

Hotel far from the access to the beaches (1h walking). But you can rent a bike for the day at the hotel. Room didn't have a TV.

The hotel is very good, the rooms are clean and big. Next to the main road, about 20min walking from the ADO station. The pool is amazing, open until 11pm. The restaurant right next to it has good food, prices are normal. The staff was very nice and informative.
