The lighting was really poor/ uncomfortable in the room. We got some candles for the room to soften it up. There’s no full length mirror in the room. There are several very loud bars and restaurants next to the hotel so bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive!

The reception and central pool area was really well kept. Large room size and comfy bed. Parking available in front of the hotel. 10 min walk into downtown Tulum.

Beds were not super comfortable (too stiff) and air conditioning is small for the large space of the room so it was never cold (not a big issue for us, but I know some people like sleeping with the AC at max).

Great location. Super walkable to downtown Tulum and even the archeological ruins site. Nice well kept pool for a small hotel. The room we stayed in was like a little apartment just above the restaurant, it was an accommodating large space.

The bathroom was a little smelly from time to time, but nothing too bad.

Really nice place with pleasant vibes, and the garden is very pretty at night. Rooms are basic but all in all very good value for the price. Friendly staff too!

the only unpleasant thing was that we were trying to check out one night before and we were not given any money back, however this did not affect our oppinion on the property.

In the reception the young personelle was treating everyone so well. Also, we asked for a room with a pool view and they offered it. If you need a hairdryer or iron you'll have to ask for them in the reception and return them once you are done using them.

There was no hammock in the room, instead we had a couch. There is a restaurant just next door but you cannot buy anything (sodas, snacks) at the hotel. We had issues with the hurricane Grace and but the staff made everything possible for us to enjoy our stay.

the cups in the kitchen. The water taste horrible so make sure to buy water. The hotel provides water but it’s not enough. I don’t like to have to make my coffee in my bedroom since I don’t trust other people. Maybe they should serve coffee. But you can buy a great coffee next to the hotel, there is a small coffee shop. For 50 mx pesos café con leche … very good. There is a restaurant on the property but it’s not part of the property that was very loud. 😏

The staff was nice. I booked this hotel because a friend was going to stay there. It was not my choice but it’s a good hotel for a low budget vacation. Great location, next door you have a small coffee shop, rental car, tour company, a restaurant and a bike rental. If you need help, you can ask for assistance from the managers. Julieta was very helpful and the other Argentina guy also helped me find my taxi to get back to the airport. Love the supermarket across from the hotel. This supermarket has everything that you need. 😄 They are good restaurants near the hotel that serve great food. Don’t forget to rent a car the roads are great and you will be more comfortable in your own transportation. Thanks for the service.

Checking in took a while since we had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. The air conditioner was weak in the room and the beds were hard.

I loved staying at Wish Tulum and feel like I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay during my first visit to Tulum. I’m a solo female traveler so I’m always very picky when it comes to choosing my accommodation and I’m very happy that I picked WishTulum. The location of the hotel is excellent! It’s conveniently located between downtown Tulum and the beach zone. It’s right on the main strip so it’s easy to find and access. It has a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby and a large supermarket right across the road which proved to be really convenient. There’s also a gym across the road which I went to so that’s another added bonus for those who want to workout during their stay in Tulum. All the staff at the hotel is very friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy and comfortable throughout their entire stay. Dario, the guy working at the reception is especially helpful as he speaks perfect English & Spanish. He helped me rent a bike and gave me some useful tips about some spots to visit while in Tulum. My favorite thing about the hotel was definitely the pool! It’s set in a beautiful garden and it’s a perfect spot for chilling. I always ordered drinks and food from the restaurant next door and the waiters brought to me to the pool. It really is a perfect spot to chill! You definitely won’t regret staying in Wish Tulum!

Great restaurant in the hotel, don't take the cheapest room because the view isn't the best. It's better to pay more if you stay longer. The swimming pool is beautiful. I totally love it. It's about 15/20 minutes to public beach by bike, and 10 minutes on foot to the city center, a huge supermarket is across the street

Easy to find since it's a the beginning of the city. Easy to walk/cycle for the ruins. Pool is a perfect break for the heat. Room was simple and comfy. The receptionists were very nice. A wood pecker was "working" on the three next to our balcony. Nice to see that close.
