    1. Host was not very helpful. 2. No Internet during the whole stay. 3. Check-in process was very complicated and time consuming.

    A week of holiday-prison: harassment, privacy trespassing, not refunding deposit when no damage?!

    Some of the kitchen tools was too much used such as pans to frie food etc and no soap for dishwashing etc. During heavy rain it was dripping from the top roof of staircase. No available furniture on roof terrace. The fridge was not cooling properly and there was neither sufficient toiletpaper for two families and a week's stay. The appartment and the property around had additional rules which was not announced on Booking.com and made our stay quite stressful to take on and off bracelets, even when there almost no-one else using the pool. Security staff on the property was more focused on documenting guests unknowingly breaking property rules and even filming us and fining us for forgetting 1 towel from a balcony one night! Just outrageous. (There were like 30 extra rules in Spanish and tiny writing, without further instructions to understand?!) The owner was informed about this but showed no understanding and fixed nothing that was reported on our behalf... If this was informed by Booking.com in advance, we would never have booked a place in a private and closed residential area like this! I have contacted Customer Service twice 10 days ago and 5 days ago--but no answer yet, which is also quite remarkable, to say the least? This property has every possibility to be a welcoming place for family holiday, but when no one meets you, or introduces you the ground rules and all the additional rules and even claims a deposit to use it to subtract fines given by local security, well then it feels more like you have booked a cell in a prison and not a high priced appartment for family relaxation. The owner sends messages seconds after the booking was confirmed asking for the deposit, two weeks before arrival date? And two nights before leaving, he sends private message long after midnight, to ask for departure time, when it clearly says check out is until 12 a.m... But when asked to fix minor needs that are not present, then there is no reply? Adios!

    The property was ok and spacious, with good aircondition and beds.
