People from the hostel were very nice. They helped me with everything I needed. The room was nice, it had enough space and everything I needed. I got upgraded for a bigger one at the last minute, so I can't speak for the room I originally booked. Overall a great place to stay, very convenient and well located for what I needed to do.

The ac made small continuous noise, but that was not so bad because eventually it feels like a white noise. Unfortunately on my last night, there was a construction/ cleaning works (?) during the night so could not sleep at all. If you are sensitive with noise, would recommend to sleep with earplugs. The hotel itself is quiet, but it is located in a busy area. Sometimes there are unexpected noises very early morning or very late night.

The room was comfortable and the ac works well. Bathroom was clean and there was soap on dispenser available. Coffee, tea, and water always available by the lobby, which is great. The rooftop terrace has great view. Both staff, Sem and Fizz, were very friendly and helpful.

Property was in a great location. Walking distance to main attractions. Staff were extremely friendly. Free hot drinks and drinking water. Rooftop area and a space to sit in the lobby.

Fizz, one of the guys at the reception, is fantastic! He's so friendly, always in for a chat and more than happy to assist you with your plans. It's also a perfect location to see all sides of the city

There's no main light for situations where you want to double-check your stuff in the room. All the lights used are accent lights.

I like how convenient the location is to the train station, restaurants, and some of the tourist spots.

The location is excellen. Easy to walk or take public transport to many places. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive when needed. Would definitely stay again.

The bed is quite hard, but we have noticed that's quite common in Malaysia. And I would recommend ear plugs as the isolation isn't great.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It felt more personal and the staff was very friendly and helpful, their English perfect. The location is great as well! Airco was working fine.

Looove 1000 Miles! Fiz and Sem immediately make you feel at home, the beds are very comfy, nice rooftop to hang out, and super clean. Will definitely be back :)

The room had all you need and the bathroom was nice with hot and cold water. Also you get tea and coffee all day long. The reception is open 24 hours which is good if you arrive late. The staff is always friendly and especially the receptionist fizz is the absolute best very chill guy, knows the best places and is always there to help.

Not the most social place. I was in a private room and didn’t meet any other solo travellers in the little common space. Would be better to stay in a dorm if you want to meet people.

Great location, lots of local and western food is easy to walk to and the train is also an easy walk. They have comfy beds and the aircon worked really well which was great to combat the heat!

- could’ve been cleaner, some stains on the sheets and bathroom had mould along the windowsill, not a major issue considering the price but could be improved - area felt a little unsafe at night, tended to just grab in the evening for peace of mind - perhaps not totally ideal if travelling solo - could be loud in the night as we were in a road facing room but tended not to be too big of a problem for us as we went to sleep a little later - in our room the shower head didn’t stay up so only hit half our body, wasn’t too big of a problem but frustrating and could be fixed easily

- Staff were polite and helpful, gave us a free upgrade so we could check in early - Good value for money - close enough to centre to walk easily - room was functional for what we needed, a bed to sleep in

The rooms could be improved. Exposed wiring everywhere with lots of switches that don't do anything.

The location was outstanding. Perfect place to be, the neighborhood has sidewalks and lots of eateries.

There was only 1 power socket by the desk, would have been nice to have a second one. There are 2 by the bed though so it wasn't a big issue.

The staff at the front desk was really helpful enough to book me a ride to airport because my payment method wasn't working (at night drivers dont accept cash), if it was not for him, I would have missed my flight.
