We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

MalaysiaThe first impression >>> clean, spacious and cozy as claimed. Host Vivian is very friendly with prompt response. The parking space can easily fit in 2, 3cars. Well functioning smart TV and internet. To be honest this is the best homestay we had so far in Ipoh. Definitely will come for this again in our future visits. The bedroom equipped with hotel-feel mattress, we had a good sleep.

SingaporeOnly one set of keys provided so we had to coordinate to make sure the person who was holding the keys leave last and returned first when all of us will be out.
Single storey landed property with sheltered porch. Easy for my elderlies to walk around and stretch their legs. We stayed for a week so we greatly appreciate the gated open area to hang out our laundry. There are two drying racks at the porch for the laundry. Lots of hangers provided too. Living room is spacious and has space to put two square foldable dining tables. Unit has a smart TV which is also greatly appreciated as we were only out for a few hours during the day to visit relatives. There are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, water heater, hair dryer and mirror. There are also air cons and ceiling fans in the living room and the three bedrooms. There is also a common bathroom at the corridor to the kitchen. Kitchen has a normal size fridge, microwave and kettle with ample plates, bowls, cutlery and cups for all of us. Location is great for us. We don’t drive but were able to get good breakfast, lunch and dinner easily all within 10 minutes walk. Lots of choices nearby. We especially like the Kaya Puff from Sin Eng Hoe less than 100m away and the Jalan Prince Chee Cheong Fun which is only about 200m away. There are also wet market (closed on Monday), mini-mart, 7-eleven, Caring pharmacy all within walking distance. My aunt had a muscle strain and there is a friendly mandarin speaking clinic near the mini-mart and a Chinese tuina shop just opposite the property. My aunt also had a hearing aid problem and this was quickly resolved at the hearing aid shop near the clinic. Host is friendly, helpful and responsive. Host prepared a booklet on Ipoh. Host also whatsapp me some other eateries, including the location and operating hours of a fruit stall when she knew that I was looking for cut fruits. Host is easy to communicate with and very accommodating. As mentioned by some reviewers, some one lives at the smaller unit behind the property. We were kind of comforted that there is someone around to act as security to the property.

I like it very clean and comfortable, really cozy! Host is friendly and considerate. There is at least 3 private parking space. The location is close to market and eating places.

- quiet, clean & comfy - has 3 rooms, each room HAS it’s own bathroom & hairdryer (this part is what I love the most as we don’t need to wait since we’re a group of people) AND, there’s an additional toilet near the kitchen - has street light right in front of the house, so it’s not dark during the night
