Stains on the bed and on the carpets, the woman at reception was stand offish and rude when we were asking how to check out (you had to drop the key off at a mailbox in the apartments )

Very big spacious apartment which we enjoyed. Bathroom was nice and big too and decent location for KL. we got new towels fast when requested - good service from the separate owner who owned our apartment.

Door knob lock was pathetic. Please repair it. It's quite hard to open the door. The air condition was fixed to 16 degree celcius so can't be adjusted. Just could turn on or off. There wasn't any guide how to use the induction cooker, it's good if they could have a guide how to use properly equipments inside the apartment.

The best part about the apartment was the space & facility. The pool & gym was amazing, view on the sky level was awesome, facilities inside the apartment was also wonderful. It had the bathtub, shower, two functional toilets, microwave, plates and all cutleries. The staff was very responsive when I complained about the TV reception. They came and solved the problem. Wifi and netflix was really good.

No notice about sauna under maintenance, a guys (staff) just simply off sauna machine and run without telling anything, kinda rude for me.

The check in was not that smooth. While waiting for the agent, the security guard was impatient with regards to the car parked temporary.

A handle of washing machine in our room had broken. But they helped our laundry instead.

Staff were helpful to Check in even late night. Comfortable living space are good for family. Twin tower and KL tower view are good to remind me to where I am.

There is a mosq which use very powerful loudspeakers so regular long noise. There is a highway just at the foot of the building therefore lot of noise from motorbikes even on night. The owner cannot do anything on this so if you are sensitive to noise, be informed. There are no restaurants at walking distance but easy to grab food.

The self check in procedure was carefully described and accompanied through Watsap by the owner including videos. So very easy and comfortable to find the place. The place is modern and comfortable with all features working (hot water, air cond, kitchen, TV). Lifts are quick and no waiting time. Large bathroom. The owner contacted regularly to check everything is fine and even proposed to perform cleaning during the stay, which is very appreciable. The place is well located in terms of Grab or public transport. There is a nice view at a high floor. There are shops for equipment and quick food in the neighbor building.

there’s quite a walk out to the main road and it can be pretty dark at night. plus it’s near the cemetery.

it was spacious and relatively clean. There were a few marks here and there on the table and a hiccup with the tv, but overall the cooking appliances are working well. The pool and showering facilities were great too.
