Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaThe location. There are 2 locations for 1969 Business Suites which came to my surprise as I had thought that I booked the one in Ipoh Garden. I went there directly and was redirected to the other one which is in another end of Ipoh; whereby the surrounding was not as happening as the Ipoh Garden (quite an impressive one to me) Booking and the hotel owner should make these 2 accommodation clearly separated when it appears o our search so that we would not be caught off guard. Disappointed with this aspect of the booking.
The staff was courteous and ever friendly. Answered all query with smile

SingaporeSmall rooms designed for sleeping not for day time activity. Laptop work was done elsewhere pic attached. Gym is a priority and found no aircon all open air.
2nd stay here rooms small with comfy beds. There is a shopping mall close by for restaurants and cafes. For trips Grab taxi or excursions are available. Hotel has some healthy restaurants one in the same complex called Fig House you can check it out.

MalaysiaAll the staffs i met very attentive, friendly & helpful. Breakfast was so so. Not bad for the price. The AC not that cold even the temp at 16C. We had to use ceiling fan. There were no mirror provided in the room so we had to go to bathroom for makeup n dressing up. It's troublesome plus the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim n hard for me to tell if i put enough makeup. Other than that, all great. I ordered in room service menu, pasta, fries n coffee. It was tasty. Overall i had great stay here

MalaysiaBreakfast service could be improved much more better. Breakfast starts at 7:30am to 1030am, imagine at 9am the food only left very few, and it takes forever for them to refill. When you ask, they will keep on saying please wait for a while…… When they refill, the portion only for 1-2 persons…
We booked for 2 duplex room for business suites … starting from the check in, the process is smooth and the receptionist staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. The elevator takes us to first floor where we were impressed by the decoration and design along the way to our room, we felt like we were inside the palace. The room was very beautiful, from the kitchen to the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. Everything that was inside the room left us speechless. The receptionist also accommodating our request for late check out and we felt very grateful for that. Also you’re entitled for complimentary high tea at their japanese cafe upon checked in. We had a buffet breakfast at their another restaurant, Cawanmu. The food tasted good but the portion is inadequate .

MacaoThere was a lot of dust in the hidden spots like behind the flat screen in the bedroom. The restaurants are ok, but the breakfast was very poor (no bread at all) and very slow to refill the food...and the rice was the same i ate for dinner (biryani rice)
The room was comfortable and the staff was cordial and helpful.
