Location is good and food availability is plentiful. Room was the right size for me and I love having the ceiling fan.

- bathroom floor is slippery when wet due to the smooth tiles used - there is a big step to enter the bathroom (not an issue for us but might be inconvenient for the elderly and persons with mobility issues) - music from downstairs can be heard in the room during an event - the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, due to its location within a mixed-used commercial building

- great location: walking distance to AEON kinta city and the famous chooi yue dim sum, as well as endless restaurants, local coffeeshops, cafes and shops in the vicinity - the airport, ipoh old town and the cave attractions are a short drive / grab ride away - coffee, tea, water and biscuits are available 24/7, at a private lounge just outside the rooms

Room a bit small with a queen size bed in it. Breakfast menu looked ok but nasi lemak was not fully cooked, sambal a bit watery.

Location. Easy access in/out of PLUS highway. Kinta City AEON mall just cross the road. Good restaurants, banks, petrol station all nearby.

Housekeeping staff rudely knock the door at 12noon asking when to check out as they need to clean the room when upon check in it is already communicated and arranged that both rooms to check out at 1pm. Clearly there’s communication breakdown between receptionist and housekeeping at the guest expense.

The rooms are a tad dark. We were traveling with elderly people and for them more light would have been extra appreciated.

Comfy and clean rooms. The location is convenient, with several eateries in the same block and a big mall within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary tea and cake were very tasty.

Had to change room as the first room that was booked was not cleaned before arrival. Had to go to the counter and make a complaint and request for a new room instead. For a first time experience - it was bad.

Complimentary breakfast. High Tea buffet was available. Coffee making machine with 2 pods only. comfortable bed and easy access to the room.

Soundproof is poor. The window is not soundproof and the live music down the bar there is too noisy.

The toilet which a big step higher than the floor. Old folks had difficulty to use. Lighting in the room can be slightly brighter is better.

The noise isolation is pretty bad for the room as I can clearly listen to content of conversation between customer passing by my room and there were staircases in front of the room (may be challenging for elderly customers with bad knee). Also the building layout is quite confusing to look for walkway to CawanMu or multi-level parking building.

The staffs are extremely helpful and friendly and there were interesting offers/complementary gifts as my stay was closed to the upcoming CNY. The room aisle is only accessible by using room card which is good for safety of customers. There are also ample parking lot in the multi level building next to it.

Only request is add a mirror in the bedroom and brighter lights as there is not enough natural light then it would be perfect .
