The accommodation is in the center of George Town, so it is convenient for traveling and eating. The room is small because its for only person but so nice decor and quiet to rest in. Around the accommodation, there are a few shops that can buy anything. In the kitchen, the accomodation has a wash machine to be suitable for being cleanser all of clothes. The landlord is extremely friendly and supportive.

The location near with food court and also easy to find. The room is comfortable and get the easy for self checkin process. The instruction gave by the owner also clear and complete.

I would love to have some small personal night lamp on that night table as the only source of Light is crazy bright led on the wall. Other than That all good

Had single room. Not to big but not super tiny. All clean and nice. So far best bed I had for last 4 weeks traveling se Asia. Easy self checkin, shared kitchen with fridge, free washing mashine (convinient) etc. Showers ok. Cleaned by nice lady everyday. Working AC, my room had no Window. Very easy comunication via whatsapp with manager or boss, dont know. I extended my stay here for few more nights. Location is in quiet street, but this place is not in the city centre, where all things are happening, but easily to walk, bus, grab. There is a big food court just arround the corner.

The shared showers/toilets could be a bit cleaner. When we first arrived they were but after a morning rush they got left pretty manky. If you put your food/drink in the fridge. My advice would be to put it inside a plastic bag with your name on it. I put a drink in there. Had a shower, went to get it out and someone had nicked it.

I really loved that you can check yourself in, room was nice, clean and comfortable. The common room with the kitchen and a washing machine with clothes racks so you can wash your clothes for free is outstanding and we made good use of it. The location is a quiet street which isn't too far of a walk from some great food options.

No area to work or hang out. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice.

The self-check-in was smooth. The location of the hostel isn't in the city center but it only takes a few minutes on foot to get there. The area isn't as busy and there isn't much traffic noise to hear. All the community areas including the bathrooms were kept very clean by the housekeeping. Toilet paper was always available. The kitchen is equipped with a little stove, there are many plates and cutlery. The free washing machine is very convenient. Free drinking water is available. I lost the key to my room but they were quick at helping me out. Very good value for money.

We ordered the cheapest private room (which was next to the bathroom). As a result of a “window-wall” the room was pretty noisy if someone used the bathroom and the light in the hallway kept the room from getting dark in the evening. The room also had a raw smell and our clothes usually felt a bit moist.

Clean!! Practical solutions with rooms and combined shower-toilets. Nice beds, sheets and towels. Laundry and small kitchen available. Nicely working AC. Not crowded.

There weren't really any common places to hang out outside of your room really. My partner needed to work, but the only workspace was inside of the room. If you are looking for a place with a common area to hang out, this isn't the spot. Someone also locked the deadbolt on the front door on one occasion, we had a difficult time getting inside the building when returning from an outing. Possibly adding a sign to the inside that tells guests not to turn the top lock so it doesn't happen again.

The location was right near a big food area, so there were plenty of options to eat within walking distance. There was filtered water and a fridge available to store food. A wash machine was available for laundry. There was always a toilet and shower available when needed. The room didn't have a window or natural light but had tall ceilings, so it didn't feel as cramped as it could have.

Stuff is next level and easy to reach per Whatsapp. Super friendly and accommodating. They easily extended my stay last minute and arranged everything so I could keep the same room. Beds are comfy. Good AC plus fan. Free laundry service and water refill which I very find exceptionally great. Stayed here two times and definitely come back on my next visit in Penang. Thanks :)

Not much that i don't like. It's just the bathroom on the top stairs, two of them are blocked off. Maybe if can repair it it would be great.

The rooms are clean and exactly as shown in the picture...the locations are easy to find and parking is available in front of the house.

The front door is too heavy tu push HAHA but its ok

It is really comfy and clean. Very recommended if ure low on budget or work trip, this guesthouse is really something else. I literally gonna repeat again.
