Toilet - shower need maintenence and change new toilet bowl. The double-decker bed was noisy even when we seat slowly at the lower deck.

I thought it was going to be haunted being next to the ghost museum but it was peaceful. Being inside the heart of Georgetown, everything was very centralised and had a great time walking around as the grounds were flat.

We had the 4 bed room. The size of the room is quiet small, but still fine. The smell of close is very intense. There are no windows and you can clearly see is very difficult to let the air circulate.

The location is great, from the art street and chulia Street were you can go in the evening night.

The double decker bed. If you move a bit you will hear "squicky" sound. Quite irritating actually.

Bed was squeaky. My room is located upstairs next to the street and I could hear all the noise until above 11pm but solvable with earplugs. Almost everything is closed at night. Kinda hard to find a place to eat around the area.

Within walking distance to Komtar. There is free CAT bus stop nearby. Checkin was smooth.

The toilet+bathroom is very clean.. At first we only booked for 1night, the stay was comfortable so we decided to extend another 2 nights..overall was very satisfying and we had a very pleasant stay with 59 Heritage.

Wall between room is asbestos. So u can hear your neighbour clearly. I had a problem to sleep due to noisy boys who rented next to my room. They shouting, laughing, knocking the door and so chaos. I got headache. I suggested to the host to put silence sign in every room.

I like the environment. Simple n vintage. Like hostel life. Clean toilet, i can wash my cloth and windy place to dry it. A very nice and kind host for letting me stay for extra time.

Really noisy neighbours if you are staying in rooms at the ground floor. 2nd floor floors creaks even with careful steps. The 2 single bunk bed in room A8 also creaks, please fix it. Room smells moldy - probably wasnt inhabited for quite some time. Paints of the toilet walls were peeling. Please maintain and upkeep structures and appearances of your building. Yes for that price it's considered a budget-friendly lodging but a run-down building would turn many away.

The staff Joey was really kind and helpful, replying promptly to our enquiries. Please DO NOT text the person on 016-4215228 - very impatient and short replies which really made us feel unwelcomed, please hold on to an open service mind if you want to run accommodation especially at touristy cities !

Very small room area. Some stuff like used soap that the previous customer left behind. Sands on the floor and also the bed. Very thin wall that you're able to hear someone walk around outside.

I like its location which is very close to the Komtar bus terminal. They don't have a receptionist but it's easy while following the instructions to get the key and check in. They got water dispenser, iron, and washing machine. The price is the cheapest in Komtar area, it's enough to stay for few days. The Laksa House under the hotel has some exceptionally good foods.
