Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

And i wonder WHY in the apps shows we only have to pay RM144 after booking is made but when we are paying at the counter, they asked RM155 instead.

United Kingdomupon arriving there was a smell in the foyer, which ok the door opens regularly so it may be coming in off the street but sadly I think it is inside the building, upon entering our room sadly it can only be described as what looked like a room that had been just left by the previous occupants, sheets where unclean pillows were smelling and stained, along with the towels in the bathroom, dust and marks that would easily been cleaned off were left. There was also even tho we were on the 5th floor an issue with small tiny bugs, (personally I can tolerate and expect to have the odd one or two but they were everywhere specially on the desk counter). In fairness when we raised these concerns with the foyer the cleaner was up straight away. But still after travelling nearly 24 hours the last thing you need is that issue.
