The air-conditioning takes time to cool the room. Very slow and sometimes I couldn't feel the aircond at all.

This place is nice. Very near to the tourist spot, you just can walk to the tourism place. The hotel itself is very nice and cozy. And only tenants with the keys can enter because you need to scan your key to enter at the entrance.

Rooms have kind of plastic windows, that you can hear literally everything on the street. No noise insulation at all. Due to that we slept very bad. Only had few hours of sleep as also very early morning cars start driving by. Also bathroom and toilet were not so clean, with lots of hairs in the drain and toilet seat dirty.

Quite simple accommodation, but has all you need. And free drinking water.

At times there was a smell from.the sink drainage. It was bearable but once or twice (during our 14 night stay) it was like a rotten egg. The door to the toilet/shower was very squeaky but in the 15 nights we didn't inform the staff so maybe not such a drama.

Good sized room. Also came with a hot and cold dispenser in the communal area with some decent sofas (I used them many times). Good powerful electric shower. Airton in our room was great. The room looked out onto the street, and although there was some noise, it didn't disturb us. Key swipe access to the building with a key for the room. All good..... if anyone reads this, say hello to chinese old guy Morgan who lives directly across from the front door. Speak lovely English and enjoys a chat. Good wifi with ability to maintain 5 hours of platform work.

No loo paper. Is this a local thing? Wasn't an issue as it was readily and cheaply available in close by shop. An issue of tissue, nothing more.

Exceptional value for money. Very clean, quiet yet only few minutes walk from river and Jonker St. Receptionist did not speak English but we managed to communicate well and he was very helpful when phoning for taxi when we left.

Some rooms do not have windows. The AC works but is not turned on by default. Turning it on can be challenging for some rooms. The noise insulation is a bit weak. You will be awaken in the morning by your neighbours' door slamming.

The place is clean and close to the city center/heart of Melaka. A place with good value for money.

The structure was closed from long time, so we asked to change some rooms (the two without windows) because not good.

Sometimes there is a lot of noise from the cycle rickshaws that play music at high volume.

The location is really good, walking distance to near attractions but just further away to not be in the middle of everything. The place look like new. Hot and and cold drinking water outside of the room, nice Aircon, hot shower and pretty spacious room.

It doesn't have much a communal area/lobby although they have sofas. Desks or tables would be a nice touch for people like me who work while traveling. The staff isn't always present so it can take time for them to respond to some needs like when you need toilet paper.

A good little space close enough to the main area of Malacca. Hot water, AC, TV, and space to hang your clothes. The water fountain in the hall way was very useful. We ended up extending a few more nights.

Family room is big. Receptionist is friendly. Breakfast place is right across the street. Room is quite clean, except for some dust. Got no disturbance from anyone. Street is a little noisy, but ok at night after 2am. I slept well 😁

Great location..you can just walk to several tourist attractions and enjoy the view or easily get there by grab. Very comfortable and spacious.
