The aircond comes out water at night and their staff arrange another bigger room for us. Overall is good, their staff is helpful.

Clean, comfortable. The location is great, many foods and tourism places around the hotel u can go by walking. If u are seeking seafood, u can go to the nearby UTC building (walk for 5 min) on top of the building hv a food court named Topspot.

A bit pricey if you need a room with window got the front view. No swimming pool or gym inside the Hotel. Additional payment is required if need breakfast in morning.

The entire hotel room is clean, and the place is very close to the Kuching Waterfront, next to McDonald's. Easy to take a walk to the Waterfront at night.

the lighting in the room not bright enough if you wish to read in the room, however when we comment about the lighting issue, staff immediate arrange to change the bulb. Room without window.

Rooms had really thin walls, we could listen to our neighbouring room’s conversations. There was only 6 TV channels and none of them were good.

The hotel is relatively new so everything was still in good condition/clean. Location wise is also okay. We arrived late at night and left circa 4am but everything was easy checkin in and out. We booked the room just as we landed so that was easy too.

My room is by the street so in the morning there's quite some traffic. Also room wall quite thin. I can hear next door sneezing and coughing pretty clearly. My first impression got ruined actually because the first room I checked in was smaller, smelly, kettle and cups have noodles and ants inside, dusty, cracked walls and windows. The dusty dirty floor stained my feet just 1 minute in the room. I was so shocked and requested help from front desk and they suggested a room change and got the nice room after. Not too sure why the front desk was not informed about the dirty room and had me checked in. Also, I think that the hotel prices in the city a bit pricey for the quality, not just this hotel.

Room, bedsheet, towels, bathroom all clean. No dust at all, except for some cracks and tiny stains on wall and windows which are understandable since the building seems old. All amenities provided. Small but enough for me. Staff friendly and helpful. Location just 3 minutes walk to the famous Poh Lam Laksa. Opposite has food too and must try the ice cream kiosk selling gula apong ice cream! 10 minutes walk to waterfront, old bazaar, 15 minutes walk to the old court house and carpenter street. Kuching is very walkable except for the hot weather. Grab easily available, easy to find hotel.

The shade of the bathroom should be darker., or better still change it to curtains.

The Clearness, the helpfulness of the staff, the generousness of drinking water, most hotels only give 2, this hotel gives 4, Thank you. I am a smoker, they provide a seating place for smokers, another bonus point for the hotel.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The location is good as it's slightly away from the Waterfront so it's quite quiet. The Waterfront is within easy walking distance. There are plenty of eating places within easy reach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and approachable and helpful.

The check-in process when 20 minutes earlier was rejected by staff but when time was sharp at 2pm, staff answered the room is not ready. Staff could have handled it better. Saw other waiting guests too. The bathroom/toilet is very small (mindful if u r XL size!). There are rooms without window facing out, so do state preference and availability prior.

The 3 beds option for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The beds are movable so 3 beds can be put together. Room is clean. Location of hotel is strategic considering food options available in the vicinity and surrounding tourist spots coverage. Parking spots are available for our rental car too. Room comes with good amenities such as water boiler, fridge, safe, in room slippers, shampoos, bath gels, coffee sachets and bottled water.

During booking reservation has called up to request for window upgrade. Upon arrival only one room with window is available and hotel agree not to charge the extra charges on 1 room upgrade with window. Mainly is booking.com does not offer option to upgrade to window room.
