Location scared us a bit when we first came in at night from the airport as there s a chaotic night market downstairs and the building is blended with the local neighborhood.

Lovely room well kept and well equipped with toiletries coffee and tea packs. Comfy shower and bed. Superb facilities inside the room, and good location walking distance to center of KK

If I'm being really picky, I had to knock at the apartment next door and ask for them to turn their TV down as it was playing full blast at 11pm and we were up early for a flight the next day. But this is obviously nothing on the property itself, or the owners. Will certainly stay here again if venture back to the area.

Lovely apartment for a short stay. Clean, comfortable, great facilities, lovely bathroom and the owners were on call whenever you needed them regarding anything whatsoever, really helpful.

The room was so so so nice! The whole place was spotless and clean, so nicely decorated and so spacious ! The toilet roll was soft ! After 3 months of travel this has 100% been the comfiest bed yet, could even be the comfiest bed I've ever stayed on in my life 😅😅 The aircon was cool and quiet ! A tv that actually works !! We've not had a single tv that works when you switch it on , anywhere we stayed in Asia ! The facilities are high tech, touch light switches and light up mirrors Very very easy check in too, host has been great on WhatsApp Plenty of Shops and cafes surrounding the location, so good location and a daily food market outside Did I mention the bed was comfy? Really good value for money , thank you

The location was initially a bit off-putting as the neighborhood seemed a bit dingy but after walking around and getting to know it, it was fine and quite lively.

The room was very modern and clean. Spacious room. A lot of amenities provided and were of great quality.

Very good service from the homestay master,Vinnah.Plenty supply of bottled water. The room was newly furnished with a 100%perfect stay. I won't hesitate to recommend anyone who likes to visit KK in the near future.

You are paying for the room comforts not the additional facilities of a top 4* hotel with all encompassing but that is very reflected in a good for value price

Wonderful stay. This residence is a gem, very clean and very nicely located. A lot of local food nearby. Hosts are just awesome, communication and check-in smooth and easy. Has all the amenities needed and a very comfortable bed. We stayed 2 nights in this place. We liked the place so much that opted for another 3 nights. Recommended.

A little bit noisy outside in the evening but it’s bearable as it’s only until 10-11pm.

The room is very clean and it’s great value for money. The staff are really helpful and accommodating.

Hotel being on the third floor was a bit annoying but the hotel offered to help me with my bags during check in even though it was late at night

The rooms are very well kept and clean the facilities provided was very good Walking distance to lot of places including restaurants shopping malls jetty ATMs money exchanges and gaya Street market. About a 15 minute drive from the airport
