convenience of moving from parking to room etc is a hassle as it involves 3 different lifts.

Location wise is good as it’s near the LRT train station, rooms are pretty spacious and well designed

In an ideal world one would like to get a lift straight to the floor you are staying on. Instead it was down to the ground floor from the bridge across from the LRT station, A second, slow lift ups to the 41st floor foyer each time, and then a third lift back down to the room on the 36st floor. Allow about 10 minutes to get out of the building from your room.

Everything was excellent quality and new. Nice view of KL from the picture window along one wall of our room on the 36th floor. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Able to wheel our bags from the LRT station without needing to use stairs. Maybe the light switches could be a bit less confusing. We never did work out how to turn off the light in the wardrobe. Good value for money.

Wonderful interior design .Big and comfortable 2 double beds for a family of 2 adults and 2 children ( 8 and 10 ) . LRT station which in interconnected to the hotel only one travel station to reach KL central and Nu Central. Good choice of hotel for family travel

The breakfast was good but nothing special, a minor letdown, given the rave reviews from other people. Variety definitely leaves you wanting more.

The room was excellent, with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and a great vibe. Amenities are all new and in great condition. The complementary drinks and snacks on each floor were a happy surprise.

Unfortunately the pool is not suitable for smaller kids as there were no kids pool. Also there are not many varieties for breakfast.

We were pleasently surprised that the hotel room looked much better then the pics we’ve seen. The room was super spacious and the bathroom was also very nice. Loved the recep area and also the swimming pool. Lastly loved the view of Genting Highlands and Merdeka 118 from our hotel room..

Have to change lifts to get to my room, but that’s ok, the lifts are fast anyway.

Alhamdulillah, i like almost everything at the hotel. Free coffee and snacks at each level is very helpful, thank you so much! Staffs are friendly and very helpful, including the guards at the door. They make me feel secured.

there is a strange system regarding the lift as we need to go up and down 3 times every time we need to leave, and breakfast is not really satisfying as choices are very limited probably can finish counting with fingers, but taste wise I would give them 10/10, if you are okay with limited choices of food I guess their breakfast is good enough with freshly blended orange juice and extremely fresh vege

The enivornment is extremely well, good value for money we are paying ample of spaces and huge bed! Hygiene is good

Two lift rides to get to ground floor from rooms but no big issue when everything else so good

Location central for group golf holiday. Good transport facilities to central tourist areas. Cabs best available below train station on other side of main road accessed by bridge from hotel. Trains regular and comfortable. Hotel bar elegant and stunning with fantastic views from 41st floor Cody and all other hotel staff friendly and very helpful Good breakfast in ground floor restaurant

This is our 5th time here. Alila is just like home. Very warm & friendly staffs both Alila & Botanica + Co that's simply & always welcoming. Kids love the pool. Keep it up Alila. We'll be back soon.

Not very easy to walk anywhere from there. But easy to get a Grab.

It's a beautiful hotel starting from floor 35 to 41 of a big tower building. The views are spectacular from every room. Great bar and what looks like a nice French restaurant. Pool looks beautiful though we haven't used it.

The lift definitely is a problem need to transfer 3 times to get to your room and the location as well, nearby neighbor hood doesn’t feel that safe with a lot of foreign workers around. Do consider these if you consider staying here and EST as well.

The location, the cleanest of the room and the design of the property is very nice. A great deal for a 5 stars hotel.
