Seating place and benches should be arranged around the swimming pool area. The changing rooms near the pool are somewhat bare and not quite user-friendly. There are quite a few eating places about 10-minutes walk from the homestay when you turn left at the exit. However, the fact that there are no pavements for pedestrians makes it a rather hazardous journey. One has to cross to the other side of the road to use the pavement and cross it again when reaching the destination. Again, it might be dangerous depending on the traffic conditions.

The given apartment was super-clean and comfortable. The caretaker, Mr. Frank, has done a splendid job in housekeeping and ensuring an enjoyable stay for the guests. Basic amenities like the toilet and kitchen are well-maintained and Mr. Frank has graciously upgraded our accommodation to a higher floor which afforded a splendid view of the sea - at no extra charge. Both the elevator and wifi were super-fast and many interesting movies were made available via Astro (it would be nicer if Netflix was also included in the streaming package). Quite a spacious interior with minimalist decor and balcony with great views. The aircond units were deliciously cool that added to extra comfort in the bedroom and we enjoyed good night sleep. Overall, it's a pleasantly memorable 4 days and 3 nights stay in the apartment which is worth the money paid. Will surely make a return booking.

Apartment is a bit weary, some ants on the kitchen. Also soundproofing is almost absent.

Parking , as a guest they should have the privilege on the in and out to the apartment. Every time out ,our card charged for the parking. They should give free parking for the guest.

- The washrooms could use some soap trays, hand towels and a little more thorough cleaning. - We needed to clean the kitchen utensils again as they were probably washed by the previous guest using an old sponge. We asked for a sponge replacement and the host kindly provided it. - The kitchen could use some other utensils - can opener, peeler and a few more forks, spoons, knives.

Location is good - close to Escape adventure park, Entopia, National Park and 10 min walk to good quality Penang street food stalls.

The host Mr.Frank was very humble and polite. He even gave us a good upgrade and was very accommodating. The location was awesome very near to hotpots. Overall cleanliness good. Requested for additional towel and he gave us with a smile. Room equipment were in well functioning condition. TV box and WiFi was a bonus. Overall experience was great. Would recommend this area and definitely a next booking shall be with this host.

Parking is RM 10 per night. Each time you exit, Rm1 will be deducted. Pools have no chairs and tables. No place to put your stuff. Rooms have no coffee and tea making facilities. No drinking water or mineral water provided.

The sewerage smell was bad in the unit and one of the water heaters was not working. The name of the apartment we stayed in was Sri Sayang and not named as advertised. This unit is more like air bnb. i know we were overchaged for the unit. dont feel its safe to book in booking .com cause the place and advertisement was different. The rates were much cheaper for other units in the same building.
