There was no side gate leading to the mall across the road but it was no big deal. Just have to walk a distance to the guardhouse and make a u-turn.

What struck us the moment we entered the unit was that Amadel Residence was very clean and spacious. Though minimally furnished, it was homely and we had 2 nights of rested, comfortable sleep. Unit 1133 also had a fantastic view of the sea and we are thankful for that. Sean was hospitable to check on us each day. The location, which is in front of Mahkota Parade is perfect. It was a memorable short getaway for the family. Thank you, Sean!

Unfortunately the main lift was under repair. The other lift was pretty useless and slow. It took the 10 of us 3 separate goes to get up to the apartment.

Good location, clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Provide very detailed instructions for location and check-in. Really took care of all our needs and requirements.

It would be better if the bathrooms are fitted with exhaust fans for good air ventilation. It would also be good to have a microwave oven to heat up food and small foldable table & chairs in the kitchen.

Spacious, clean and excellent location, overlooking the Melaka Straits Mosque and the sea. The Cuckoo water filter & Muslim prayer mat are bonus points.

Very friendly & helpful host! Sean constantly kept in touch even before we depart SG & ask for a live location before we reached Malacca & gave direction to the apartment so that he can received us on time😃. Love the spacious & clean apartment with great seaview of sunrise & sunset! Location right in the heart of city centre, within walking distance to the Dataran Pahlawan Megamall, Mahkota Parade & Jonker Street😘. Highly recommended!

It was a really great experience at Amadel Residence. We have stayed at many different home stays but by far this has been the cleanest and most comfortable. The host was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. All in its definitely a place I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in central Melaka and appreciates a clean spacious residence. Being staying at different homestays, Air BnB and hotels at different countries and also in Malaysia. This is by far the most excellent lodging. It is clean, spacious, has a good view, comfortable, full of amenities, even comes with Cuckoo water dispenser. Location is awesome too, just across is the Mahkota Parade shipping centre.

The house is clean, big with nice view. There is also a water dispenser machine, with nice furniture, lots of hanger and places for you to hang your clothes. Very satisfied with the stay :)

The perfect combination of perfect host and perfect homestay. We travel a lot in Malaysia, but entering this home was one of our best experience. Normally my sons (11 and 14) are not interested in the house but even they were very happy with the apartment. Hot and cold water supply and even water filter. The beds are very very comfortable and bed linen are the finest. Sean is a professional host and still very humble and willing to help and give advice. No question is too much for him. I asked him several questions regarding entering Malaysia from Singapore and even those questions Sean answered. The view to the sea is breathtaking, every night and morning I was relaxing on the balcony and looking at the sea. Thank you Sean for making our stay memorable.

There is only 1 set of keys so it is a bit inconvenient if you have diverse schedule for your group.

The location is near major shopping malls and the place is clean and comfortable with nice seaview. Sean, the owner is also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent location. Walking distance to nearby attractions. Spacious and very clean. Suitable for big family or large group. Kitchen and laundry room separate from dining and living room. Balcony has nice ocean view.
