The condo facilities lack maintenance.

The apartment is strategically located. A stone's throw from eateries and places of interest. Apartment is tastefully decorated and clean. Sean is a gracious host. Will recommend this apartment to anyone who visits Malacca.

Since it is situated next to the busy main road, the traffic noise could be annoying especially at night.

Don’t be deceived by the aging look of the building since it is situated next to the closed down former Mahkota Parade Hotel. The apartment is comparable to a 5 star hotel room. Spanking clean with all the necessities that makes you feel you are at home. The city view is not obstructed and very windy. The interior is newly renovated with modern contemporary looks. The host Sean is very friendly and accommodating. He explained in detail in operating the tv, the water dispenser, lighting switches, etc. He also check on us if anything is ok and is open to suggestions on how to further improved the apartment. By far, this is the best apartment I have stayed in Malacca to date. Will definitely come back again and should you guys need an apartment to stay in Malacca, look no further. Highly recommended and thank you Sean for the great hospitality.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Cleanliness is perfect and well sanitized. Location is at the heart of the city, parking is provided. We delayed our check in time but host is very friendly to help with the arrangement. My 7 years old kid loved the double decked bed as it was very stable and solid which what he don’t get at home. 6 Stars!

We just had a night there over last weekend. It was totally a pleasant stay. Not to mention the friendly host who had provided us all kind of support especially those SOP set by the management, the place was just too comfort and the bedsheets are all very clean. One thing worth to note is the toilets are so clean and well maintained especially during these peak season after interstate is allowed. The place is very spacious considering 8 of us staying in the same unit, non of us feel pack in the unit even the bedrooms are comfortably fit for all of us. It is definitely a decent price and its among our top pick if we happen to be in Melaka again.

The host is very pleasant and fast responding on our request and enquiry. The unit is very spacious and cozy. There is 2 main point I really want to give high compliment is first thing is cleanliness, I’m a person who very care about cleanliness especially washroom and it really up to my expectations 👍. Second thing is when I make booking I quite worry about the double decker bed as we have sibling quite big size, but surprisingly is very safe and quality is good. High ceiling is another added point for us who have kids jumping here and there and the owner is considerate in every angle. Conclusion, I will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends. Good job 👏🏻
